First time into shop. We followed their rules and were looking at the products they had to sell. I was asking some questions and a worker came from the back when another customer came into the store. The associate told my friend who was waiting to be helped if she was not going to buy anything she should leave the store. My friend tried to tell the associate she was waiting at a social distance to be helped but the associate just kept telling her she needed to leave. I did not appreciate seeing anyone treated rudely and with disrespect. I told the lady we are leaving and will not be buying anything from them. They tried to walk back their actions after they realized they were losing a sale, but it was too late for me. NO store should TREAT others with disrespect. I strongly encourage you to not shop at this store.

The staff at Jermies is always friendly and willing to help. I went in as a beginner, and they explained everything about how to get started and have been great about answering questions as I go along.

Been going to Jermies for years. The ladies are knowledgeable and very helpful. Wonderful selection of needlepoint canvases and yarn.

Great service. Jermies staff texted me pictures of canvases while I was OOT, pulled threads and shipped to me quickly and easily. I also had a custom hobby belt painted ... matching very specific logos, adding a monogram, etc. It was perfect and a big hit with the recipient!!!

Located in what is best described as a run-down strip shopping center - somewhere between a pizza place and a gas station, Jermies offers lots of affected attitude and mediocre quality.If you are serious about needlecraft, avoid at all costs. if you want false snobbery, lower end quality and a staff that actually asked me where I live before they would show me something, by all means stop by and visit. Otherwise, there are great needlecraft businsses online. Its a real pitty, but Jermies is a bit of a joke. The selection is very limited, the designs, canvas and thread assortment is no better than what one will find at Ben Franklin.

What this store lacks on variety of floss, it makes up for in sheer color range. If you need a wide variety of colors, this is the place to go.
