I made an appointment at Blythe to find a bra to wear under my wedding dress. It was an extremely comfortable experience. The associates I worked with were attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel very at ease at what can sometimes be an awkward thing to do. The items they had in stock were size inclusive and super cute. For the first time, I feel as though I have things that truly fit me. I would absolutely recommend and will be a returning customer.

I couldnt find a bra that fit me ANYWHERE and they got me fitted into two comfortable bras in 20minutes. It was honestly an amazing experience and I would much rather pay $145 for two bras that fit rather than the $300-$500 Ive paid in ill fitting bras in the past few months.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. My issue is this, I paid a deposit for my appoitment. I am also a bigger woman and I fully expected a speciality shop that advertises sizes up to 52 would be able to fit me at a 46-48. First off they do not do any measuring!! How do you fit someone properly without measurements!? I thought that was the whole point of getting fitted!! Second they had very little selection and even fewer that were attractive. Third nothing fit correctly and instead of acknowledging that fact they tried convincing me that they were fitting properly and I just wasnt used to the tightness of a new bra. Ive been wearing bras for almost 30years, I promise I know how a bra should fit me. I was told they would call me IF a prettier selection came in and I was offered store credit for my deposit. I have never cried in a dressing room before. Today I did.

Oh man do I love this place, if you need/want a great bra you must go visit them.

Beyond rude customer service.

They are my go-to spot for all things undergarments! They are the only place that is truly size include for ALL body types it seems. Their fitters are very warm and welcoming and knowledgeable! They work with you to find out where you are currently in bras, what you want out of a bra, and help you find multiple options and tailor the experience towards you! The garments are a bit on the higher end when it comes to price - not gonna lie - but they are truly worth the price when it comes to quality and how the garments make you feel as a person!

I called a couple of weeks ago to see if I needed an appointment due to Covid and was told no. Drove in from Chesapeake, Va on 1/20/21 to make a purchase. I arrived at store and was told I needed to have an appointment. I got on a waiting list -waited 30 minutes and had to leave. Need to make sure that all associates inform people that call that they will need an appointment. Very disappointing.

My daughters and I have been looking for a specialty bra place for years. This place is awesome! They carry a variety of sizes and the staff was very willing to assist and helping you get the correct size. I felt the pricing whats reasonable. Unfortunately I had to go to Richmond I would love to see one of their shots here in Hampton roads.

Lovely shop with wonderful size selection. However please be aware that they will NOT work with you if you determine a fit issue after youve purchased a bra. If the tags are off (which is how I assume we all wear a bra) they will not even do a size exchange. I wore a bra for one day, determined it was not the right size after I believe it had stretched a little from being on. I took it back to the store hoping for an exchange, not a return. And the answer was a firm No because it had been worn. But they did offer to make a note in my file that the band size I purchased was too large for the next time. Unfortunately, there wont be a next time. I have been a customer there for many years and made many purchases; this is the first time Ive ever had a problem and brought something back for exchange. They clearly state their return policy is only with tags on for 10 days. I completely understand a return policy. What I dont understand is not working with a customer in the event of an issue. I wont be returning.

The staff here is amazing! Tell them what youre looking for, and what youre not, and they will make it happen. They know their products so well that they can get you the right size in any of their brands regardless of variation between the a manufacturers. You can also find some beans here that you wont get at department stores. Well worth the time!

Ladies if youre struggling trying to find a supportive bathing suit look no furtherToday I found out about Blythe in Short Pump, they specialize in intimate wear and swimwear. I was so impressed with their service and selection that I had to share. When I walked in I was appointed an assistant who measured me. For the first time I had alot of trendy options and all those options actually fit, so I was just trying them on to see which ones I liked best! I ended up buying two swimsuits and a new bra. The swimsuits are well made and will completely support you.A big thanks to Brandy for all your help and the rest of the staff was great as well.

They absolutely welcome you and make sure that you are comfortable. Each customer has their own assistant, if you will, and have every size imaginable. They are a bit pricey, but the garments are well made and lasting!

Staff was very friendly and got to me as quickly as possible. Only issue I have is with their sizing. Im very large and its clear now that they dont accommodate for a bra sized to fit me. My issue is that nothing fit correctly and they assured and measured me to a certain size. I personally hadnt been sized or fit since my 3rd baby so I wasnt sure what size to get. I wanted to rely on the staff for proper sizing. Now I deal with pain from the under wire stabbing my middle of the breast. Larger size women beware.

I was so impressed and amazed a the service I received. The girl that helped me was so nice and helpful. I want to say her name was Nicole. All three of the ladies were nice. I felt so comfortable and at ease unlike some other store I have shopped at. I would definitely be returning.

The reason for my one star rating was the sizes, they didnt carry petite sizes for us short people. Good selections but not in sizes.

Finding a brafitter that knows about fitting clients of all sizes is rare. Blythe is the place. If youre over a DDD and looking for a bra that will support you, make you feel pretty in (& out of) your clothes. Blythe is the place. Expect to pay $$, but its so worth it.

The service here was exceptional from the moment I arrived on a busy Saturday morning. I went in wearing a nasty, ill-fitting VS bra from 10 years ago and left with a gorgeous bra that fit perfectly! A little pricey (($89) for me usually, but its nice to have a properly fitting bra for once! Ill def be going back!

NEVER ASK THEM TO ORDER ANYTHING! i ordered a bra from them waited 5 weeks for it, just for them to lose it! they assumed by what was on file was my address and didnt want take ownership when they lost the bra! maybe if the girl on the phone showed more compassion and understanding, gave a little concern with the issue it wouldnt have been as bad! but they didnt even ask me the day i ordered what address it was going to ONLY ASSUMED! and when i called the lady got smart and LIED saying i did give it to them. as a professional standpoint i would ALWAYS ASK NEVER ASSUME! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! BIG INCONVENIENCE had to track down the local post office find where it is just for them to tell me that it was sent back to the sender AND THE SENDER DOESNT HAVE IT! WORST EXPERIENCE AND WILL BE DISPUTING CHARGES WITH BANK IF ITEM NEVER FOUND!

I have bought my bras here for years. I walked in and just wanted to buy pretty much the same bra as last time. The INSISTED I wait for a fitting person. I could not just go find my bra. While I was waiting, I noticed bras in my size that were not nearly as expensive as my fitter wanted me to buy. I walked out. I starting buying every online. It makes me sad, because they have a great selection.

Blythe is my go to for bras and swim suits. No shame in bra fitting and I have NEVER felt uncomfortable while being fitted. I think thats really important when you dont have a model body. I will only buy bras and swim suits with them. This is one seriously happy customer. Thank you Blythe ladies for all you do!!!!!!

I have always experienced excellent service and selection at Blythe. Admittedly, this is a higher end lingerie store with higher prices, but the personalized service has meant that everything purchased has become treasured. Ive also received personal thank you notes from my sales associate and when I go back in, they know my brands and even my style preferences based on past purchase history. This is a great little business, and if you can afford to indulge, do.

While I understand the frustration of other reviewers on their strict return policy, I hope people understand that the reason they do this is because they do not retag and sell used merchandise (unlike many big box stores, EW!) and because they are a small boutique, they cannot afford to eat the cost of returns. (I do not work here and have no vested interest in the store)Personally, I have had WONDERFUL experiences at Blythe. They always take their time with me to find a bra that fits well (even if it takes 20+ bras to do so). They will come in and check each and every fit. Due to the return policy, I do retry bras on at home where I can spend a little longer making sure they are comfortable before removing the tags.

If you are not satisfied post-purchase the customer service is terrible. There is zero flexibility once the tags are off and they seem fine with the fact that an $80+ bra will sit in my drawer and not be worn because it is so uncomfortable. While the bra seemed to fit fine in the store, it did not fit well at all after an eight hour day. Im very displeased with the service and wont be going back. I rather work with Nordstrom or Saks, which offers great service both during and after purchase. Truly disappointing after spend A LOT of money on both lingerie and swimwear in the store. And please dont reply with we read our return policy to all customers. I know you do but it still is not enough from a customer experience standpoint. I was never looking for a refund, but rather an exchange and probably would have ended up buying an even more expensive bra to replace the one that was so uncomfortable.

While I hate that I have to drive to Richmond to find bras in my size, Im grateful that Blythe exists. They have a quality selection of bras, sleepwear, lingerie, and swimsuits, among other things. The employees are helpful in suggesting things and they also keep your sizing info on file for future use.

Every since I step foot into this store for some new right size bra.I havent looked at a bra since in another store.Sales person was friendly and patient with me on my fitting and choosing the right size.And Omg my girls been sitting up nice in my clothes everysince.I walk with more confidence.lol

Surprised by all of the bad reviews, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences each time I shop here. They even call to let me know when new styles are in stock. If you are a BBW then I recommend shopping here for high quality bras.

I love Blythe so much! With my smaller than average band size and large cup size I cant go to the conventional underwear and lingerie stores, and Blythe has been incredible in fitting me with cute, comfortable, and supportive bras.

They have a great selection but buyer beware as Elizabeth stated. It is great to be professionally fitted for a bra but they do not measure and just start filling your dressing room with so many bras its easy to be confused. The sales girls are very young and not at all what I experienced at a bra fitting at Neiman Marcus in NOVA. The woman was well trained, well spoken, well dressed and very professional. I purchased several bras but no panties and they lasted me for years. Neimans runs a class operation and takes returns if you are not satisfied. Not so with Blythe!! The young woman who assisted me was pushing bras on me that I was not totally comfortable with but said they could be returned within 10 days so I returned the 2 that she picked because after getting them home I was not thrilled with the way they fit. I did purchase a bra that cost $120 and 6 pairs of panties in sale bin. When I returned the 2 bras I really had no intention of making another purchase but I said while she did my credit I would look around. I had a couple of bras that I wanted to try for size but again the young sales girl filled my room with more bras than I could try on. I purchased another one and 3 more sale panties that they reminded me were mine if I took them home...okay I understood that but they never mentioned since they considered the new bra I took home was considered an exchange and also a final sale. The fine print is so small at the bottom of their receipt and I did not consider it an exchange but a entirely new purchase. They would not return the second bra and told me it was mine. Instead of in small print that exchanges are final sale they should should state that YOU CAN RETURN ONCE BUT IF YOU EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT IT IS A FINAL SALE. I, like Elizabeth, will never shop there again after spending a total of close to $400!! My friend was with me and has been in high profile retail positions all over the world could not believe the unprofessional personnel nor their POLICIES. It is clearly their loss!!

YOU CANNOT RETURN ITEMS.I bought a bra there and the following day I wore it and found that it irritated my skin and the underwire cut into me.Regardless of how nice and helpful the staff was I was very disappointed as I spent quite a bit of money there.
