My Victoria Secret experience was a pretty good one. I love it when they have the panty sales. I was able to find nice ones in my size (XL) during this visit, but thats not always the case🙂

Victoria’s Secret. This location at shot pumps malls is spacious location and beautiful place very clean, and the staff is sweet and very helpful. I know them because Of the heavenly products they have is so perfect lovely perfume it’s my favorite. I came here a few times a year for and my secret wears. My daughter love them stuff so much too. We there more and spend more but I don’t know why it made me think I just got some thing good price and very happy. I highly recommended

The no touch policy makes bra fitting more challenging, the staff copes well. The separate paying room can quickly and efficiently move customers along with minimal wait time.

Visited the store for the first time in a long time and had a wonderful experience. The staff member by the entrance was friendly and efficient but my special thanks go to Shameka, the customer assistant in Pink, who was quick, friendly, and eager to help. Most importantly she was able to give helpful advice and guided me through sizes, styles, and unique qualities of specific products. Shameka and people like her make it coming to a store versus shopping online worth the time and effort.

Sad I cant try bras on. Do you know how hard it is to pick a bra without trying it on??!! Got a good deal today though, 5 panties $30, 1 free panty, and 3 bras all less than $30 a piece!!!

The store is amazing friendly workers lots of help. But lines are worst on weekends late afternoon to evening.

Always love VS. I wish they would do the 10/35 panties. Not the store but VS in general I do agree with what some people are saying about the quality of panties. I have noticed mine are getting holes in them an they are ripping from the seams after a few washes. I dont know if a material was changed or what. But they dont last but a few washes an they are wanting to rip. Might want to say something to VS. I have an they didnt respond.

I went to Victoria’s Secret today and I got perfumes and lotion. I really recommend this product

They need to understand that their small but also bigger people too.but I guess that doesnt matter.

I ordered a bunch of bras and underwear from the VS website but unfortunately their sizing has changed since Ive purchased anything from them over the past few years. With that said, I had to go to the Short Pump location to try and do an exact exchange for 5 of the 6 bras I purchased online. When I entered the store, it was a madhouse in there due to the fact that it was the last day and hours of their Semi-Annual Sale, however a super helpful employee named Chelsea calmly and cheerfully helped me find each and every bra in my size and the one they didnt have, she ordered online and had it shipped to my house for free. She even alerted the ladies at the register of my situation so I wouldnt have to explain everything to them, in addition to her supervisor. She made what couldve been a stressful shopping experience, super easy and fun and honestly made me rethink shopping in store vs online. I will definitely return to this location again! Thanks again to Victorias Secret and especially Chelsea!

I find buying clothes for myself a stressful experience, especially when its underwear. JC made it a positive experience for me. She helped me get sized then took the time to pick out a few options. Even though they were busy she made me feel comfortable and valued. I dont know if Ill ever get over my anxiety when it comes to clothes shopping, but I at least left very happy with this visit.

This Short Pump location has one of THE best staffs!! They always help me find what I need. My last visit there was a store nation wide computer snafu and the registers were not working the way they should of. The general manager handled the situation perfectly and calmly. The associate Kaylee helped as well. The two of them remained positive, offered compensation for our troubles and made every thing go smoothly

Went shopping during the pandemic. The Governor had placed restrictions on the number of patrons who could be in at a timeWe waited in line in the cold only to get inside and find that the store was packed with customers 4 or more times the limit! We didnt shop long and quickly exited the establishment.

I came with my niece and Sarah was so helpful . She assisted her with a proper fitting and was very knowledgeable about the product . I really appreciated her help. The store was staffed appropriately and as organized as possible for a Saturday night during Semi Annual .

Every single time I have come here, they are completely UNDERSTAFFED. you need more registers filled on the weekends because waiting in line that goes all the way into the middle of the store when there are only two registers open is terrible.

Well laid out store with polite staff to help us. The girl that checked us out was very knowledgeable and friendly.

This is my favorite VS! Its big, clean, organized, decorated nice and updated! They have everything I need all the time and everyone is friendly! 💓

This location in Short Pump Town Center is great they have good selection & helpful staff. Most importantly for me when sales for lotion & such are on they usually have Vanilla Lace when the other locations which makes my girlfriend happy.

Went in to do a return and the counter Id gone to before was gone. It took three tours of the store to find. Counter guy was extremely helpful.

Victoria secret has quality garments that is well worth the price. Its the only store I shop for my sleep as well as my undersports apparel!
