I hit my propeller on a rock out at lake nacimiento. Heard good things about the prop shop so I immediately sent my prop out to them. They repaired the prop in a week but unfortunately it got damaged in shipping on the way back. Called them back up and they send it out to them and they would repair it. Sent it back to them and prop was repaired the same day. It was unfortunate situation but they handled it very professionally. I will use these guys the next time I hit my prop and recommend them to anyone needing a prop repair!

Nice people working at the shop. They offered a good recommendation for another shop to get the specific parts that I needed, which they did not carry. Its always nice to get good recommendations from reliable sources.

I took my prop in to have dings repaired. I spoke with both Andrew and Genesis and and told them I had a tournament coming up in a week and a half and could they have it done before then. They told me they could get it back to me in a week and they did. The prop looked great and they were great to deal with. I highly recommend The Prop Shop.

Needed technical help to fit a propeller. We did not have but a few days for our haul out. Prop shop rescued us and we were able to stay on schedule. New prop works like a champ. Thank you Berkeley Marine Center for sending us to the Prop Shop.

The lady answering the phone knows props inside and out. Give the time. I told her what was going on. She said ok. Then told me what prop I should get. I got it. 2 days early. On Saturday. Sunday, today, I put it on. I like it.

Awesome experience: Dave took the time to match, find, instruct and correct prop situation that neither of 5 boat yards in SF, Alameda or Richmond could help with. True can-do spirit was witnessed as challenge was presented to Dave where upon he disappeared to his shop, fired up some machinery and returned with 3 key replacement pieces and only charging for one. Shops like this are a rare find and disappearing breed. Dave was very knowledgeable and courteous as he delved into possible correction areas to be aware of which is a by-product of his vast experience high having talked and worked around props for years. Certainly refreshing customer service experience.

They were very helpful and knowable. My estimate was over $500 to repair my two SS Props. Went to pick the up and they charged me half. WOW that was a first. They said they were easy to repair. They are very busy and took a week but happy with there work

Dave and Ornel are pleasure to work with, we needed a new shaft and propeller as we had active corrosion on both. Dave and Ornel made few recommendations and then worked on the shaft and prop . All was done and dusted in 3 days. We are very impressed!

Purchased a new 3 bladed prop for our Catalina 320. It has an initial wine but owner came out to KKMI and filed a little bit off of each blade and we are now very happy with it.DonCuriosiity
