Hired to drill 4 frames which were due to my company 1/10/18. Vendor missed the date and promised 1/17/18 and missed the date pushing out to 1/23/2018 where we picked up 3 of the 4. Vendor stated frame 4 would be ready 1/24/18 and did not deliver stating frame was bent. We picked up and repaired and returned with 1/26/18 promise. Vendor missed and promised 1/31/18. I called and vendor finish frame 4 1/30/18. Went to pick up and vendor held frame hostage for immediate payment where I was called to provide credit card. Vendor charged $1000 over purchase order without prior authorization, discussion or agreement. I was forced to offer financial concessions to my customer for missed dates. Charge is in dispute at this time.
