Our rep. was on site within an hour of my service call and gave me a courtesy call letting me know his ETA. The rep. explained what was going on and was able to resolve our copier issue in one visit. I was happy and our teachers were happy to have the copier back in service.

Stay away! We have had a copier from this location on rent since April and have had nothing but problems. I would love to say that they are being worked on, but the tech refuses to drive 45 minutes to our location to trouble shoot the issues. Add the out-right rude attitude from the tech and you get a dismal customer service experience. The gentleman that answers the phone needs to realize he is in a service industry; he IS NOT a rock star. Drop the holy-than-thou attitude! You are a copy repair guy....I know you are probably upset that this is the best you are going to accomplish in life...but deal with it or move on! You should strive to move up in life. Maybe up to a carnival clown, or one of those people that wave signs on the side of the road!
