Natural Latex cushions superior to foam cushions that came with my new couch. My new couch had cheap foam cushions that began to rapidly sag and bottom out. Puzzled, I first tried replacing with foam layered with memory foam but the sagging was the same. Then I remembered none of my older couches had foam cushions – they were something heavier, more robust, and never bottomed out. What was it made of? I searched all over, unable to find a decent replacement – until I found Foam Order. The latex cushions are great, do not bottom out, and they are much more dense and heavy than that cheap foam. Perfect! You wont regret the investment.

I was reupholstering an old chair that did not have any cushions. I ordered custom cushions and covers from FoamOrder and am so happy with how they turned out. I spent a little more for the down envelopes and they are very comfortable. Production did take roughly 5 weeks due to the covers being custom, but customer service was very helpful with updates. Id definitely recommend them for your upholstery needs.

I gave them the exact measurements of my old couch cushions and they made me replacements that fit perfectly and made my couch like new. The before and after was incredible. Great company!

Extremely disappointed. The items I ordered were not cut correctly by the company. No big deal, everyone makes mistakes! The issue was the customer service after the fact. I have 2 months of email correspondence with the company with still no solution. I wanted a refund and was refused. I suggested a store credit and was refused that as well. Do NOT order anything custom unless you want to be stuck with an expensive, useless product. I was basically told I was lying about them being incorrect even with photo evidence.

I order EVA rubber foam and they say they do not have correct size only one few inch bigger so I agree to receive this foam. and they say no you must paying more or we will cut! Instead of just giving me few extra inch material they rather cut and throw in garbage.Real stingy and rude people here I dont like and more expensive than other place I find so I refuse package but still am wait for refund...

So I ordered some foam pieces to insert in the pillow cases instead. I made the mistake though of ordering the firmest one. I had to reorder the softest ones. I also ordered a top cushion to make the seating more comfortable. Got those med. Firmness. Couch sits great now. Ordering was easy and they shipped fast. Getting them wrapped is Nice to. I ordered new cushions from foamorder.com for the v-berth in my boat in march, it is now late June. I asked for a refund and only heard that the cushion covers are complete and they are waiting for a shipment of foam. they said it had a new ship date of 6/16. I asked for a refund and said I would be willing to buy the cushions when they are ready to ship. it is 6/17 and I havent heard back from them at all. their website still shows my order hasnt shipped and I havent heard anything about a refund. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and will call my bank tomorrow to try and reverse the charges.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE PRODUCT IN YOUR HAND!!!

I ordered a custom foam cushion and cover for a long window seat. Everything came exactly as ordered, within the timeline specified for custom orders. The cover was well sewn, and it fit the window seat perfectly. 100% happy with the company and would definitely order from here again in a heartbeat.

We spent a ton of time making sure we got the measurement correct. the video was very helpful. Everything that FoamOrder stated was 100% spot on. My order was 6 weeks late, it looked like a 2 year old glued foam pieces together, when I called about my concern they didn’t make any attempt to make me happy. Find another company to go with.

It worked out great to replace sofa seat cushions. After 5 years, ours were terrible! I measured carefully--the three replacement cushions for the seat cushions of my couch fit exactly! Ordered a custom cut cushion and foam cover from this company. Biggest mistake of my life, the cushion came fine but the cover I do not know why was shipped to the wrong address. Cover was sent back to shipper and no one bothered to reach out. We called and they were like oh its still within 6 weeks so we are not going to do jack and just send it back via regular mail. A week passes got the cover and guess what its 10 inches small. We call them again we were told there is one customer service manager and she will respond to us the next day. Next day they asked for pictures, and we sent it to them. Took them two business days to respond again. After 4 phone calls and so much hassle they offered us $50 on the order. We are still waiting on the cover by the way after like 6 weeks

Great product.I bought this wide Dacron/batting and spray adhesive for an upholstery project. The products arrived as expected and were perfect for the project, covering the foam on a custom cushion for my new window seat. The spray adhesive is very strong and effective - much better than other adhesives Ive used on previous foam products. It does take some time to off-gas. FoamOrder.com was the only place I could find Dacron at the large dimensions I needed for my project. It was a very high quality product, thick and easy to work with.

Great investment.Im very happy with the replacement couch cushion I ordered. I have a large L-shaped Pottery Barn sofa, but I always sit in the same spot to get a a good view of the TV-- over the years, the cushon became saggy and uncomfortable. The new cushion is more firm and comfortable--it feels like it will last a long time. Pottery Barn does not sell replacement cushions, so FoamOrder is a great solution. I called before placing my order, and the rep answered my questions about differences between materials and helped me measure the dimensions so that the cushion fit perfectly. Overall, great product at a reasonable price that helped me protect my larger investment in an expensive sofa.

We ordered a custom cover in March and anticipated a slower delivery due to COVID. However, what we did not expect was to still be waiting for this custom (and very costly!) order in August. The many times that weve contacted this company, weve been told the seamstress is out and that we can expect our orders tracking that Friday or the following Monday. Weve heard this same go-around since June and have yet to receive our tracking information.This item was ordered for our daughters nursery. We ordered it as soon as we found out the gender of our baby and now that our babys due date is one week away, Im stunned this will not be here in time. So many of the other retailers are selling cheaper, less supportive and smaller size pads. I will say that this particular pad is softer, and suited to my needs. If you prefer a springier pad, or one that is slightly more firm, I would go with the 2 1/2 inch one . The sunbrella fabric looks great and the work that was done on the covers was excellent. Took some time to get, but that was fully disclosed and Foamorder provided updates every step of the way. I ordered back at the end of July and I still havent received my order (2+ months later). I keep being told it will be shipped by a certain date and theyve exceeded it multiple times already.

I ordered 2 window seat cushions with fabric that I sent. They turned out beautiful. Very profession job on the sewing, shipping was packaged very nicely and cutomer service was great. I couldnt be happier!

Absolutely terrible. Never received order confirmation or shipping notifications....both times. Took over one month. Everything about the first order received was wrong and missing items followed by the second received same way. Dont order anything that requires straight cut. Company wants me to pay return shipping for their mistakes as well as restocking. No thank you. Do not recommend.

I placed an order for organic latex mattresses. The day after I placed the order, I called to ask them about the configuration of what firm vs. extra firm means to make sure I selected the correct firmness mattress before they ship out the mattress. Is it 2 layers of firm dunlops (i.e. 2 layers of N31 in their classification, which translates to about 30-35 ILD), or 1 firm + 1 extra firm dunlops, etc.? I got yelled at by the representative, Steve. He said this was proprietary information and that he doesnt know this information and yelled at me asking why I am asking these questions and what I want. Most organic latex mattress firms will put on their website this information and if they dont, theyll readily give out this information. Given this interaction, Ive cancelled my order and dont want to their business. Hope the other reviews saying that they are horrible to deal after youve placed the order dont come to realization.

There are many other places to get custom mattresses. Choose someone else. Product was incorrect, and customer service is slow, inconsiderate and unhelpful. My wife and I purchased two small custom mattresses for our boat for our summer vacation this year. We ordered them three months in advance and were told they would arrive in 6 weeks. Shortly before our vacation, nearly three months later, the mattresses arrived with the wrong covers. They didnt fit at all, not even close. On a boat the mattresses are useless without the covers. When we contacted them they required that we send detailed pictures to prove they were not the correct size! When we finally convinced them, it was too late for correct covers to arrive. Throughout this process Foam Order was not helpful or understanding and offered no concessions for shipping us an incorrect product nearly two months late.

New down envelopes made our couch look brand new!! Our original down envelopes busted & we had to trash them. I procrastinated on ordering new ones because I was afraid my measurements wouldn’t be perfect. After waiting 2 years, I impulsively ordered new ones & I can’t believe that we let our couch look this saggy for such a long time! The new envelopes are a perfect fit & completely restored our couch. I’m so thankful!

I bought a $800 mattress on sale for around $400 and I love it, it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. My brother bought the same one about 5 years ago and it feels as good as my new one. My brother is a real stickler for quality and said this was the only place in San Francisco to buy a mattress. He was right and Im glad I listened to him.

I recently replaced the foam cushions in my couch and chairs because the old ones were saggy but the furniture and covers still OK. I did the same thing 10 years ago with my previous sofa. Both times the order was handled efficiently and the product was just what we needed- gave new life to old but usable furniture! We live in Tennessee but its worth the shipping costs to deal with a company that will get things right.

Great experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with....they measured my pillows for me, which was a challenge since they were glued and taped on the inside and showed me every option available to choose from without ever pushing me or steering me to a decision. My order was ready exactly when it was supposed to be and then they even stuffed my sofa pillows for me to insure a perfect fit. I would recommend Foam Order to anyone.

I recently ordered three sofa cushions and one chair cushion, with the purpose of trying to minimize my familys exposure to flame retardants that I knew were in the cushions that came with the sofa and chair. I could not be happier with my purchase from Foam Order. The replacement cushions arrived in a timely fashion, were exactly the right size, and are very comfortable. I also have much greater peace of mind knowing that these new cushions do not contain any harmful chemicals that are leaching into our home environment. Foam Order shipped the cushions across the country to me all the way in North Carolina. I would happily order from them again if I had the need.

Worst buying experience by far. Paid extra for the product to be rushed and was told it would ship out in 4 days. Didnt ship out until a month later and was never given a credit for the rush order. Then a week before I got it in the mail was charged over $200 for something else. Not sure if it was shipping or what. I never received any communication about what the charge was for. But to make things worse they sent me the wrong product! Communication is horrible. I have tried emailing and calling multiple times and no response. Not sure if people are buying from this store because its cheap but I know its not because of customer service and responsibility.

I went to Foam Order to special order multiple pieces and sizes of foam for an art project. They were very helpful and accommodating, especially Rob. My pieces had irregular sizes and angled cuts and they still came out perfect. The service was also quick. My order of 14 pieces of foam was ready in a couple of days.

Originally ordered a queen and changed to a king at the last minute, just before they shipped it. They were quite gracious with the change and did what they could to expedite the new order, because of course you always want things ASAP! The new latex mattress is fantastic, keep in mind that it does take a couple days to fully expand to the right size after they vacuum pack it.My only request would be to work on customer communication a bit. When you tell someone youre going to call them back, do it! If you want them to call you back for an update, thats fine too, just figure out how youre going to operate and follow through on exactly what you say. When I walked in, I knew nothing about foam or how to buy it, so I really needed help.The salesperson was knowledgable, and pleasant to work with. This is my third purchase from FoamOrder. The wife is a big fan of the natural latex. We have a queen for us, a crib mattress, and now a twin because the little one has outgrown the crib. Great products for great prices.

I had been given the name of a high end store to get a foam cushion for a banquette - after a bit of research I found foam order - the price was considerably cheaper which was welcome and Im also very pleased with the quality and the speed of fabrication. I would definitely recommend foam order.

Have waited 15 weeks for delivery of my two large window seat cushions with custom fabric. Was billed in May for $790 to my credit card. In mid-July, I enquired about status and was told they would check with the seamstress. They never got back to me. I sent multiple messages and left voice messages throughout the last half of July and early August with no reply. August 9 I got a message that the fabric has been discontinued. Theyve had my money for 3 months...I feel so cheated...am hoping they will quickly refund, but if they dont I will be posting another review.

In my first experience here, I purchased a floor lamp of a type somewhat difficult to located at other retailers. I was treated with extreme courtesy, shown floor models, and received the model I desired, delivered factory-packaged within a week. Id come back in a minute!

I had an issue with my order. They were willing to fix my mistake at a fair price. I am glad how things turned out.

I ordered a king-sized latex mattress plus some pillows and a few other items. Part of the shipment was delivered within a week of delivery. And although there were a couple of mistakes in what was shipped, once I gave them a detailed description about the problem they were very accommodating about replacing the items without a penalty. It took a few emails and an extra trip or two to the store to get everything ironed out, but in the end they came through. The mattress is great. I am sleeping much better because of it and the prices are very competitive. Overall great customer service and a great product. I will keep coming back for my bedding needs in the future.

I placed an order with Foam Order on September 28 and STILL havent received it (over two months later), despite multiple inquiries into the shipment ETA. I was promised shipping information on Wednesday, November 28 and havent heard a thing from your business since then.Its now been more than 8 weeks since they charged my credit card. Frustrated doesnt begin to describe how I feel about this purchase experience. We needed this order for the holidays, have now missed Thanksgiving and anticipate missing important Christmas events beginning next week. There was no custom pattern for this order. Why in the world would it take longer than 8 weeks to make?Im honestly not sure at this point if Ive just been scammed. Id never have placed this order if Id known what a bad experience it would be.

I want to get the word out...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Poor communication, backordered fabric, only partial order sent/received, they do NOT deliver with their timelines and then you cant get ahold of them. Spread the word people!

Inefficient and incompetent customer communication. It is very evident that they are not on top of things. Ordered something that needed to arrive by a deadline and the confirmation email says to call them if you need it by a certain date. I called and was told to call back the next day when they had a better idea of their inventory. I called and emailed and finally received an email back saying that if I upgraded my shipping my shipment would arrive on time and that they would call to get my card number. They never called and I had a hard time getting a response from them again. Eventually, they told me they only had 2 out of 4 items, repeated the shipping upgrade option again but failed to do so, and finally, somehow they did not have any of the items ready. I requested a refund and they had not even processed my card for the order so it worked out, but I will never order from them again.

Ordered new cushions for our sofa. they took the time to make sure we were ordering correctly. took less than 2 weeks to get the cusions. kind of pricey, but way way cheaper than ordering a new sofa.

After a serious back injury in November 2013, my chiropractor insisted I get a new mattress to support my compromised spine, and so after visiting The Natural Mattress Store (very pricey but great), Keetsa (all synthetic memory foam that Im allergic to), I stumbled upon Natural Sense showroom in SOMA looking for a natural foam latex mattress. It was a late Saturday evening and there were a bunch of other customers there, so my fiance and I got to lay on different mattresses without anyone hassling or talking to us at all.After a while, Courtney began to help us, describing the differences in the numbers that shows the firmness of the mattresses and she was great about giving us the info without any sales-y schpeel. She was just very helpful, down to Earth and real. She even started to pull out different types of the mattress toppers on to the floor and was like Try it out!. Lay on them on the floor. Very unpretentious.The showroom is not as nice and fancy as other mattress places wed been to (they dont offer you organic tea, or dimmers on the overhead lights while you lay down and take a nap). Its a little chilly and poorly lit, a little downtrodden, and a few homeless guys walked in while we were there, but what impressed me was how mellow the sales people were about the whole situation. Totally calm and respectful and asking Can I help you? That was cool. I like when people treat others kindly.We ended up purchasing a Queen Natural Foam Latex mattress, with Extra Firm Layer on the bottom, Medium on the Top and all wrapped up in an organic cover with the wool topper. It was the end of the year so we got a 15% discount as well as 2 organic covered queen foam latex pillows.Because of my back injury, I had been sleeping on a massage table camped out in my living room so I URGENTLY needed this mattress. I called in the next day to check on my order (it was New years Eve) and Alan was so helpful and even though they were understaffed because of the holidays, he emailed me back to tell me that he had put a rush on my order to get my mattress cut and made for me.I got a call when it was ready 5 days later and we went down to pick up the mattress, easily rolled up so it could fit in the back of my Toyota Camry. Super nice guys helped load it into my car and although the pillows didnt make it into my order, when I called later, they apologized and I picked them up after.Ive loved my mattress so much that when my 10 yo son complained that his back hurt because his bed was too hard, I ordered a twin latex foam mattress topper (Soft) to put on top of his ultra firm mattress and got a deal on the clearance site. His bed is now SO heavenly to lie on and he is sooooo happy!I am now going to purchase a soft topper to put on my half of my firm queen mattress because it feels better on my bones (Im only 100lbs) but my fiance wants to keep his half the same, so the Foam Order people said they would cut a twin mattress topper to fit just half of a queen sized bed. Nice!Every time Ive gone in/called/emailed the people at Foam Order, they have been so nice and helpful, always answering my multitude of questions with genuine concern and THAT kind of service is hard to find, so thats why I give them the 5 stars. And I LOVE THESE MATTRESSES! Comfy. No Smell (Im allergic to most mattresses smells and especially the memory foam!)Great people. Great prices. Great product.

Order came damaged. I have been trying to contact the company for the whole week and not one response about the issue. Terrible customer service. Hopefully I get a response about my damaged order sometime soon
