Shopping for a bed is never all that exciting but the sales team at this Mattress Warehouse seem to have it cleaned, polished, and sewn together in good order. I have visited here three times. First time was to purchase a simple twin bed for a younger persons spare bedroom. Although the original song and dance from the sales folk here was toward an expensive array of options, when I said I was looking for a simple twin mattress, I was shown immediately the right product. My second trip here was to thank them for that mattress and for its delivery. My third trip was to arrange for an accessory, a support board or box spring. I will go again later today to purchase that item. I am happy with what I have gotten from this store!

I came into Mattress Warehouse yesterday with lower back pain from an old mattress and zero knowledge of what I needed. This morning I woke up for the first time in years with ZERO back pain and feeling completely well rested. I cant thank my salesman Jonathan enough! As soon as I walked in he was extremely friendly, genuinely caring about my sleep problems, and not too pushy at all. He had me lay down on their state of the art diagnostic mattress, which determined what type of mattress and support I needed based on my body type and how I sleep. From there, he had me try out multiple beds within MY price range and never tried to rush me at any point. Within no time he helped me find the perfect hybrid Kingsdown mattress and pillows to replace my old worn out ones. I cant thank Jonathan enough, his help was a LIFECHANGER and I will be going to mattress warehouse from now on!

Jonathan was awesome! My husband and I went shopping for a mattress with a budget of $2500. He took his time. Explained everything clearly. Gave us many options in a huge range of price points. He was patient and at no point did we feel rushed or that he was giving us a sales pitch. He explained each and every mattress and their benefits. We must have tried 10 different ones and didnt feel rushed at all. Finally we settled on the Sealy Hybrid for $1100. A mattress rated 4.8 with over 6k reviews. After delivery and old mattress disposal, along with a mattress protector for the Queen and my daughters twin the total was $1400. Extremely reasonably priced.I absolutely recommend this location and certainly request Jonathan to assist you. He was super personable and had exceptional customer service skills.

Had a great experience with Hal and was in/out with the purchase of my new Serta mattress within 40 minutes after trying various beds and using their diagnostic set up. Very knowledgeable and accommodating and after I did some researching how pricing was set up, he was able to get a little more competitive to give me more options. Mattress warehouse are a bunch of criminals!! Two adjustable bases delivered and both defective! Mattress Warehouse tells me it’s not their problem! And all sales are FINAL!! The Store Manager will hang up on you and customer service will also tell you it’s not their problem and to deal with the manufacturer directly!! I didn’t buy from the manufacturer, I bought from Mattress Warehouse!! NEVER AGAIN!! You are better off lighting your money on fire before you give it to these crooks and this “business”!!! Save yourself a bunch of time and more importantly HASTLE and buy from some place else!! If I could give less stars, I would!!!!

We had a nice experience purchasing our mattresses. We purchased a Supreme Cloud w/up foundation for our son and a Supreme Cloud Breeze w/regular foundation for our bedroom. At delivery, they asked which room got the up foundation but did not ask about the differences in mattresses so we assumed they knew. My husband said he was a little hot sleeping so we researched. They had put the Supreme Cloud Breeze in our sons room. A little disappointed that they didnt recognize they had 2 difference mattresses and ask where they went. It was not easy switching those 2 mattresses!

Great experience! I havent slept well in 15 years because of hip pain and especially after getting my hip replaced 3 yrs ago. The staff helped us pick out a bed that would work for both my wife and I. 2 twin XL fully adjustable beds to keep the king bed size that we are used too with full foam mattresses with the cooling technology mattress cover (awesome!). Since then I have slept better over the past 6mos than I have in the past decade! Also, with the addition of a proper pillow - The Bed Gear pillows are amazing, now I cant sleep without the Thunder pillow!! All in all, competitive pricing as well! Thx for helping change my life back to normal by helping me sleep again!!!

So when you walk in they ask you to try this sleep diagnostic system. Basically its this several minute video about how you dont know how to select the mattress you want. Then they try some fear mongering and tell you choosing the wrong mattress increases your risk for cancer and heart disease and Ebola etc.. because *sleep* studies have said so. Sleep studies. Sleep scientists. I mean if you want to believe this please do yourself a favor and do some fact checking.If you talk about how blatantly obvious that marketing gimmick is your met with the response, Its not marketing sir, its science!. Its complete bull is what it is. The whole practice just screams untrustworthy.To top it off, when you ask about material information (what is the mattress made of, order of the layers, densities of the foam etc.) they refuse to give you that information. Now some people may not care too much about the construction of the mattress, but I for one would like to know exactly what Im spending $2,000 on and what kind of life I can expect from the mattress.To get around this theyll tell you that the mattress has an x year warranty. Thats fine, but warranties usually only cover defects and wont cover the mattress getting worn down because of lower quality materials.Not saying this is a bad store. I just dont appreciate being lied to. So if you go here take everything they tell you with a grain of salt.

Up front: Johnathan was great. He didnt give us the pushy sales pitch, but rather helped my spouse and me get the mattress we wanted and even worked with us to get a good deal on it.However, thats about where the kudos end, and the fact I rated my experience with three stars evinces my appreciation of Johnathans professionalism. Once you leave the store, things get shaky.There was a mistake in my bill; I overpaid by about $350. No big deal - just refund the difference. Apparently that is done at the corporate office; two weeks later and still no refund.To make matters worse, the 3-hour delivery window guarantee is relatively useless because they dont give you that three-hour window until about 9pm the night prior to delivery. Even Comcast can beat that. I set my delivery date, at Hals recommendation, to a day when I knew Id only be available in the afternoon. Once I got my window for a morning delivery, I immediately called the store - per Hals advice - to change my delivery because I would not be available. Again, not a big deal, and Hal changed my delivery to the following Friday when I would be available all day. The delivery team showed up at my house anyway, even though Id canceled. Thursday night, no call or email. Come to find out, the Friday delivery was never scheduled, so I was put in for Saturday.I received a window of 12:30-3:30, which was blown by about two hours and forced my spouse and me to cancel other plans wed made for after our delivery. To his credit, Johnathan assisted me by agreeing to have another portion of my bill refunded. However, I have yet to see the original overcharge or this additional refund actually refunded to me, two+ weeks after the sale and one+ week after delivery.I dont normally blast businesses on the internet, but Mattress Warehouse has sent me multiple emails asking me to give a review and Hal asked me in the store. I wish I could have given a better review in light of my appreciation for Johnathans assistance. Im just a little irritated with Mattress Warehouse, thanks to a ruined Saturday and a sizable refund that has yet to be paid.UPDATE: I sent an email and received an out of office reply.

Large selection but I prefer shopping with less interaction from salespeople. Its okay to check in and see what we need but we were never left alone so that we could talk between ourselves. It made for an uncomfortable experience.

Got me the bed I was looking for at a great price.

We got a good price on the mattresses we purchased. We encountered a somewhat high pressure sales approach that included disparaging other mattress retailers. We paid for delivery & haul away; however, the staff that showed up did not haul away one of our mattresses stating it was too stained & it was left outside (on our covered porch). We were never told by the sales staff about this stain policy regarding haul away. He told us about how they recycle mattresses hauled away, but never about any stain rule; even after we explained why we were buying new mattresses in the first place. I called them the following day to voice my frustration. He apologized & stated he would remove the charge for hauling away one of the mattresses. When we got our bill, we saw that the charge had not been removed. The price for the mattresses was nice, but the sales tactics & the follow through with delivery/haul away (including neglecting to remove a charge from our bill) were reasons why they did not receive a higher rating.
