This company is one of the worst I have ever worked for. They promote being a “family owned and operated” business but it’s more like a cult or the Jim Jones Family. If you do not “bow down” and worship the “leaders” or drink the “Kool Aid” you will not survive their wrath. You are not allowed to have opinions, make suggestions or do a superior job if it means you show any signs of intelligence one of the “senior managers” cannot comprehend or thought of first.They feel even more threatened by anyone who has morals, ethics and integrity because none of these attributes come into play when they are conducting business or how they treat their customers and employees. Fortunately, I was able to leave immediately but for others with limited job skills, it is not as easy and they take total advantage of this vulnerable population.

I still havent received my payment yet. Its been about a month, and get this....its only for one day. No one is returning my calls or emails

It appears that Allan is in cahoots with the landstar broker be advised and be aware if you decide to try to book the load they will leave you hanging waste your time and money. Really unethical

Truck driver Stay away from this s&&t hole place they will make you wait all day to get you loaded the forklift guys is smoking outside and taking on the phone while you sit in the truck waiting for them

Well, I’m a dealer, and have much first hand knowledge of the products and people.It is my opinion OPS has the best Herman Miller Clone system available.Whenever I’ve had an issue, the responsiveness has been excellent. They care about their dealers,They ship when they say they will, and the shipping damage rate is very low. I’ve had excellent success selling both systems and their Benching and glad I am an ops dealer.I withold the last star...but they’re getting there, and most of the time it is.

Terrible place to work. management is rude & non accommodating. turnover rate is very high. stay away

I waited 3 hours to get a door, I had 3 drops first in Chicago then to Minnesota, its Wednesday at 2:15 pm, I wont have time to deliver my load by Friday evening, so I will be stuck for a weekend.... I had to leave..... Dont waste your time there.

Show loading, but lightweight loads. And not a lots of room to move around in docks area.
