UPDATE: Its been over a month and decided to try this location again, their hours online say 8pm weekdays however they apparently close store at 6pm weekdays. Should probably update hours....Always closed during business hours. This is the 3rd time its said theyre open, employees inside, but closed when I arrive at noon. I live an hour and half away from this store and like to buy my salon equipment from here. Guess Ill go to Bakersfield from now on.

Awful customer service. Will NEVER spend money here again. Went in to get some toner for my hair, the cashier recommended one with a blue/violet base to get the orangey yellow out of my blonde hair. I picked one out went home and used it. It didnt give me the results she claimed it would so I looked at the receipt and it said, if you dont love your new hair color bring it back and we will find something to better suit you or refund your money. She said she couldnt refund it because I used it already. (How do I know I will love it if I dont use it?) and then asked me you tried to use this as toner? This isnt toner this is hair color. So despite the employee pointing me in the wrong direction, she couldnt even fix the mistake she made! Im glad theres another beauty supply store in town so I never have to spend another dollar here.

Employees are friendly and helpful

I am on TDY to the area and packed rather quickly and left my shampoo and brush home. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming.
