In general, I have not had any issues with this business until recently. Following the death of my sister-in-law, they seemed all too happy that there was nothing they could do to help redirect the package. Mind you, I understand that I needed to contact UPS at that point. That was not the problem. It was the indifference. I now see that they will not hire anyone who is not vaccinated against a certain disease. While some people see this as a plus, I cannot condone such discriminatory policy. To say you do not want to be responsible for someone getting sick while at work seems disingenuous. This is a decision best left to the individual.

I have been using Packwrap for years. I have ALWAYS had great service and the staff have ALWAYS been professional and courteous towards me. I also very much appreciate the fact that they require customers wear masks. Thanks ladies!.

I had two large boxes to carry on, one of which was a bit heavy. When I asked for help getting it inside the lady did not have a problem bringing a cart out to help me load and get everything inside. She was courteous and helpful through the entire transaction. She handled the large heavy boxes carefully since they were marked fragile. The prices for shipping UPS Ground were good and what I expected. I wish I could have seen the boxes get taped up for shipping, but she said they would make sure everything was secure. This was my first time shipping anything with Packwrap, but I will definitely be returning for future shipping needs.

MARY GRIMSLEY made this post, NOT my husband.I have NEVER given a business a bad review, but had to say something after all these years of RUDENESS!VERY RUDE PEOPLE ..... EVERY time I have ever been in, (since theyve been in business) which is only when I need Astro Bright paper color I dont have (once a year).I bought 48 sheets of paper and had to ASK for a bag, which she got and rudely tossed on the counter like it was a big imposition (in the past they bagged it for me). I guess I was suppose to carry 48 sheets of loose paper out to my car.I will NEVER darken their door again.MISS YOU DEBBIE @ SG!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST customer service I have ever had from Heather. Contacted them in the am,I needed business cards on the fly,needed them today,she quoted me with a 10$ up charge for expedited service. Cool,during the whole process she had just a snarky attitude about everything I was showing her,I explained that the design didnt mean much that can be picked from a template,I had to explain to her three times, that i understood that the design i was showing her was copy written. So whatever we hammer out a quick design. Im waiting most of the day for her to call,so i call at 2:09 PM and ask,and someone different said oh shes been waiting on your revisions and approval. So i go and review it make some revisions,to get tole that shes out running an errand,and we have to wait for her again. So i wait in my car till about 3:30 call back and they were like oh yea she has them all printed up come by and we can have you look them over and pay. I look and as Im looking Im noticing that right off the bat,theres a blue line thats noticeable and so I start going through them and I counted 13 with that defect,so I asked for a 50% discount,or like a percentage off of what was defective,because ya know out of 100 cards,its easy to calculate what percentage was defective. As soon as I asked that,she fired right up and said I cant give you a 50% discount,I had to drop everything,and DO THIS??!! At which point Im mad at this point i obviously dont think i deserve to be yelled at,I say o her, mam,thats why you up charged me 10$ for that expedited service. I then asked if she could reprint them,and she replied with, Im supposed to be outta here,I doubt that they would be gone today she tells me this know that Iam leaving to an event at 4am tomorrow. She follows that with If you dont like them you dont have to buy them,Im just going to throw them away tonight if you dont buy them. So at this point I havent opened my mouth to be rude or anything back,so we go over to pay,and the transaction failed,and I ask her to hold on one sec Im waiting for a reply from my wife,and Im sorting the defective cards out,then my wife calls and just as I pick up the phone Heather yelled at me IAM NOT GIVING YOU A DISCOUNT ON THOSE.. and this is where I cut in, I said, in a firm voice,but for sure not yelling, Excuse me! You do not need to talk to me this way and raise your voice,Im trying to pay for these products,that are REALLY shi##ily made. I admit I should have maintained the professionalism here bacause clearly she has never heard of such a thing. So I pay,leave, call my business partner,and hes obviously livid,we conference call,they transfer us to Mary, the owner,or manager,and Mary Freaking DEFENDS Heather,says I cussed out Heather,and said i admire you using a small business first,but maybe you should go to staples next time and hug up on us. Ill let their work speak for them on this.We ordered 100 cards,49 cards are presentable and 36 were defective. But wait thats 85 cards?Im no mathematician,but that doesnt add up.We will never spend another cent with packwrap . The staff said absolutely nothing while this happened.EDIT: So drove down to San Diego for our event,found a PROFESSIONAL business that does professional work. First of all the new cards look AMAZING, paid 65$ out the door for 250 premium cards made,they were proofed,approved,and cut within 2 hrs. Very professional,and a great quality product,done quickly.Thats what I expected with packwrap,and excuse me Mary,but this is why most people dont like small businesses,maybe you would be more successful if you followed Staples business structure and treat customers like customers,and deliver a quality produce.Hope this detailed and lengthy review helped someone save money,make a better business decision,and hopefully save you from a really poor Interaction. Fast friendly service that is a good deal faster than our beloved post office. A lot of different services provided from fax service that is very hard to locate here in Ridgecrest, to mailing off everything Ive needed to mail off

This place gets violent against people that is not able to wear a mask. Im not the lady that was wearing a mask plus I never yelled at anyone till the got very rude and physical with me.

This place is way overpriced and takes advantage of the fact its the only faxing and copy place in town. They always try to read my documents before faxing or printing. No privacy. Some of the girls are unprofessional & were quite short with me. I also got charged twice. Wish I had another option...
