Pricing was decent. Job was quoted about 2 weeks and 650$, ended up taking a month and 700$ got engine home and mounted, filled fluids only to find out the trans box was leaking oil and antifreeze drain plug was loose before i even started the bike! Tried to snug the screws around the trans case and a screw snapped off! Dont feel that waiting that long and paying that kinda money that i should have to go behind the work and fix issues such as leaks. Kinda screwed now but bike is rideable! Overall dissapointed in the work and experience. The main guy at shop is nice, informative and i think sincere, but my experience was less than desireable!

Took my drive shaft here to replace the U-Joints. Jim was really helpful and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain why potential vibrations were caused by a drive shaft being off 90 degrees and other possible problems even though he was clearly very busy. Long story even longer, the price was reasonable considering the pain it is to replace U-joints he was done in a couple hours and sure enough he was right, the truck runs perfect with no vibrations now. Definitely going back here for any future work.

Great job, on a 1997 ford 555c engine, antifreeze would end up in the crank. had the head done first, still didnt work, I wanted to get a rebuilt, my son wanted us to try J & J. brought engine into them, was told by them that this engines worth its wight in gold, my thought was right he just wants the money. I was so wrong and they were right. it took awhile, but what service, they offered to drive 45 miles to come check our install. 20 some hours later and this thing is running better than ever!! thanks for the great job Rick. Great old-school repair shop. Ive used them to build air-cooled VW motors for off-road racing. Also great for dirt bikes.

Had some machining that needed to be done for some modified Jeep parts. J&J did a fantastic job in a very short timeframe, and charged a fair price to complete. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this shop.

Ive taken a couple of lower triples to them to get them pressed out and new ones pressed in and a u-joint swap. Theyve treated me well and when there was a problem with the u-joint installation they paid for the new u-joint and made sure it was done right. Im planning to take my engine work there as well for a SBF that needs a refresh.
