I lived here from 2015-2017 and then moved away. When I moved back to Ridgecrest I decided to move back here. For a mobile home park, it’s decently kept up. The front office is always clean, as is the pool. There are “empty” units that need to be torn down, but at least there aren’t vagrants living in them. Never had an issue with a neighbor. The landlady is on top of getting repairs done for my unit. Getting ahold of the owner is a whole different story though.

Great neighborhood. Wonderful neighbors. Nice place to live.Safe, private community. regarding necessary repairs, It is difficult to get the landlady to make repairs, but if you remind her every single day, eventually shell get around to it after a month or two.

Manager imbesals just like the owner of this place and the manager and her imagrint mother and boyfriend and family have been stocken us they follow us where ever we go I would not recommend ever getting a place I was evicted even though I had proff there broken in to my house and they dont think that I have recording equipment but when I filled my lawsuits bye bye off to the joint they go

Not a bad place to live if you dont mind living in a mobile home park. It could be a lot better with more care/upkeep from...Im guessing, management

This used to be a great place to live until the new owners took over .They brought in New trailers that were infested with RATS.I owned my trailer and instead of lowering my space rent they tried to say I owed $30,000 towards water bill (which was included in the space rent) they continuously are shutting off the water to certain trailers to intimidate ppl to move and pay outrageous amounts towards the water bill. Even going as far as allowing another home owners house to burn to the ground, and charging them for damages to her trailer she owned! Theres currently a class action law suit going on for these issues...

Nice out of the way mobile home park. It seem to be well managed. Good family environment.

The management is poor and does not follow rules themselves. Horrible place to live.

Absolutely the most horrendous and worst managed mobile home park I have ever encountered! Slumlord doesnt even fit the bill. Substandard/condemned mobile homes throughout, Health and Safety Code violations and unprofessional managers make Green Acres MHP a miserable place to live. Seniors, beware-

I visit Green Acres alot I have close friends who live in this mobile home park.

Older run down mobile homes. Many are boarded up. Park does have a small swimming pool.
