Expecting extremely important heart medications for my 7 month old child. The driver rang the doorbell and gave me literally 12 seconds to get to the door before he wrote a “sorry we missed you” door tag . This was on a Friday, and of course fedex has terrible customer service over the weekend. We have the whole thing on our doorbell camera. I refuse to use fedex for any services in the future . I reached out many different ways to get help to get the medications over the weekend . The only responses I received were to call the automated number for a tracking update .If I could post a zero star review I most definitely would .

Getting packages marked fragile crushed and broken up the last two orders. Placed a trace on one item cause it was late as usual get the package thatbwas also marked fragile with a shoe print in the middle of it. BBB contacted i encourage everyone else to do the same.

If I could give the Ridgecrest California FedEx shipping center less than 1 * I would. Absolutely horrible. Most of the time the front door is locked with a sign that says well be back at a certain time. I had to ship a cell phone back to provider. It was prepaid for so it would have only taken seconds. On the door and on their website it said they were open. 11 a.m. however on the door there was a note that said they would be back at 3 p.m. I arrive 15 minutes prior to and they never open their doors. However the lights were on and after 320pm I knocked on the door for over 30 minutes calling the phone number provided on the door no one answered the phone number and no one answered the door. However they did turn the lights off. I called corporate office they put me on hold stating that someone should have opened the store and should be there. Moments later a man came to the door opened it and said oh sorry didnt know you were there, sometimes the door sticks. He scanned my package and took it. I never said anything. Talking to other people in the parking lot they said that this is a normal occurrence and it happens all the time. Dont use this office unless you absolutely have to! Wow.. good luck

Easy to get in and out. Friendly staff. Irma even has candy out. Been doing regular business here for a year, never had a problem. Theyve out of their way to help me more than once.

Quick and easy to ship items. Cheaper than post office when I use them

Lame. That advertise their hours as 10am-5:15pm. But dont go there at noon. Theres a sign taped to the window that says Out to lunch! :) . So why the heck advertise as opened at that time? Show that you are closed. Another lame thing is if your item is NOT shipped by air (so shipped by ground), they will not hold it for pick up. Stupid.

Friendly helpful staff, quick and easy even with a very large package

I ordered 1 item with an expected delivery next day (2 day delivery). It has been 2 days, and NO delivery. I called the local store and the automated phone system hangs up trying to transfer to a representative. As of today, I have NO idea where my package is located.

This has to be the worst shipping company in Ridgecrest. Their local manager is from Lancaster and is missing in action. The store does not provide any customer service or follow through. I paid 44.00 for a next day delivery and 5 days later my package is missing and FEDEX doesnt have a clue when or if it will be delivered. The local FEDEX manager has yet to contact me. As a matter of fact, no one from FEDEX has contacted me. I have made 10 plus phone calls and spoke with multiple customer service representatives. None of them have been any help.

Didnt open when the sign said.. when they did decided to open for the day after we waited 45 min later they were really rude. Never greeted me and after all that they couldnt help me. I asked them to make just 1 copy. They looked at me if I were crazy and on their website it specifically stated that they do make copies.. never will I go back here or recommend anyone to give their business.

Every time we get a package its always opened and boxes are really damaged...complaint already filed with fedex.this is the 3rd time! Not happy!

Phone service really poor i been calling and getting disconnected like 4 times and still cant get a hold of anyone.

Really bad service in Ridgecrest so far. My order isnt here and there is no tracking number given and I cant get information without that. No local number. No nothing. The doctors assistant ordered this last Thursday and is trying to check on order today but without a tracking number can she even get a real person to talk to.

The worst customer service. Usually I never have an issue. Tis the Season to be Jolly, not this particular employee. Sad! No wonder everything is going to do it yourself
