This review is not about the quality of the air purification product, which I believe to be stellar; rather, it is about the unethical business practices of this company. In July 2017, one of its poorly trained door to door salesmen knocked on my door. I recall him complaining that only an elderly white couple had purchased the product. Although I couldnt afford to purchase at the time, I did so primarily to help him and to take advantage of the promotion.I got approved financing through Synchrony and paid what I thought to be the full balance. I was totally shocked when in November 2020 I received a poorly written letter that appeared to have been reproduced 100 times from this company demanding a balance of $1500 of which I wasnt aware. I thought it was perhaps a scam and so did consumer protection lawyers. Three and a half years had passed and this company had merely sent a sales receipt for the $1150 that I had paid. No communication what so ever about an unpaid balance. No communication about replacing the filter, absolutely no customer service or contact and suddenly a demand for a 3.5 year old purported balance of which anyone would have forgotten. No apology for the poor management of my account; rather, they blamed their former salesman.Without my knowledge, the owner had attempted to charge the balance to my closed Synchrony account and had not attempted to contact me. Who does business this way? Unethical business people do! This is why I have reported it to the Mississippi Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and others. I strongly suggest not purchasing any air purification systems from this unethical company. If I could rate it 0, I definitely would.

Had our central vacuum unit replaced as well as wall outlets and an unclog on one section of tubing. Mr. Hubbard and his guys were awesome and couldnt ask for a better experience. Would highly recommend!!!!!

I highly recommend Aerus Electrolux and Jason Hubbard Sr. My good friend recommended them after her great experience. They did a great job and any problem or question I have had, Mr. Hubbard has been available to help. I have gotten my system clogged vacuuming things i shouldn’t have and he was right there to get me up and running again. If you are considering a central vac system, this is who you want to use or buy your supplies from.

Words cannot express what this product has done for my family. My wife has had severe allergies for over 8 years since having her first child, and has been literally addicted to Afrin for that entire time. Less than ONE WEEK after installing an Aerus Electrolux system in our home, she was completely FREE from needing to use the nose spray at all. All allergies in our home are GONE!This product has been such an amazing addition to our home, and we are forever grateful! DO NOT HESITATE to buy this for your family!!!

I purchased a Aerus Electrolux in 2015 with a whole house purifier and 3 room purifiers from Mr Travon Bryant at the Ridgeland Ms store Mr Bryant is a superb top notch sales consultantI had some trouble with my Electrolux vacuum the on and off switch was broken I called the store Mr Travon came out within a couple of days and while he and his associate was at my home we purchased a new model of a whole house air purifier he replaced me with all new filters on all purifiers . These purifiers are well worth every dollar spent . Folks if your in the market for some clean healthy air for your home I recommend visiting the store in Ridge land Ms the staff is great and easy to do business with alongside the sales consultants it doesn’t get any better than this to stop by and support your local hometown business

I purchased a new vacuum cleaner and three portable air purifiers last year. Sadly I can get service from Aerus Electrolux. They were quick to sell me the product but dont stand by the service and support they promised.

Bought a canister vacuum from Victor. My mother has had one for years and has always loved hers. Her housekeeper who has used many different ones said this is the best of all.
