It is a pretty amazing place to visitI love what they have in that store

Divano has nice looking furniture. But prices can be beat. All of their prices seemed to be 200 or more dollars above the best prices I could find. But in all fairness the cheaper prices didnt deliver. They do have quality customer service and were very informative. Though genuine in their wish to help they were very well trained to help to overcome their lack of good prices.

The worst experience ever. I ordered a platform bed to be delivered. The payment cleared the bank the same day. I was told the day I ordered it that it would be delivered in 7 to 14 business days. After 14 business days I called 4 times to talk to someone and they never answered. I emailed them also with no response. I finally called a friend that works next door to the store and the phone was given to them. I was advised that they would email or call me back shortly with information. A little over an hour later I called back and was told they had hen trying to call me, no missed calls at all. They also stated that they emailed me and still haven’t received an email. The employee stated that the bed was out of stock but when I ordered it I was told they had it in stock. Now they are giving me the run around about a refund. I can promise I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at all.

The store was great and the selection was really extensive. Hala was the best. She made the experience hassle free, especially for a first time apartment renter. Thank you so much!!! Keep up the great work!

Store has some nice pieces and accessories.. really good selection so I didnt know what I really wanted, but Ms Danika really helped me find something that was my style and in my budget. Rip off, we though we were playing what he said, and what was on the sign. And turns out after 90 days of getting couch. If you dont pay it in full they charge you 500 dollars more. Completely disappointed, we came back because of how nice He was, we could have gotten something much better if we wanted to pay over 1,000. Dont trust this store. Should have noticed something wasnt right when other customers came in complaining.

I purchased a living room set from here for my new apartment and I really enjoyed the experience. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and made sure that it would fit in my space along with helping me through transaction process. They delivery came fast and on time. The delivery guys were very delicate with my new furniture and made sure not to damage my new place. I was very impressed and recommend them to my friends and family.

Purchased bedroom set this past weekend ... next day delivery was available which was perfect timing ! Hala took care of me through out the process. She was wonderful and the sweetest!

I bought a entertainment center from here a couple months ago ... customer service was outstanding!!Staff took the time to find exactly what I was looking for and have the best prices in town.

They have nice furniture inside the store as well as online!! And the ladies that work there always nice and helpful.

Ordered Furniture on the 11th and still haven’t received it yet today is the 18 they must had to make it and they don’t do refunds even if you haven’t received it only credit smdh.... customer service was good before I gave my dam money!!!!

I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there or buy anything from neither. They have poor quality furniture, and poor customer service. I bought a leather living suit from them, and within 6 months a frame was broken, and they couldnt explain..They told me it would take 4-6 weeks to get a replacement from the warehouse, and I had to continously call them after that time frame was up to get an update, and I got the run around. THERE FULL OF BS

Whatever you do do not use their delivery I have now done my second purchase with them and they can not get their delivery straight. The first time they were suppose to be here between 5-7 and never showed up until 9 I had to call to find out where they were. now the second time they were supposed to come between 1-3 yet again no show and no call I am having to call to find out where my furniture is. I will not be purchasing from them again $90 for delivery and they cant even tell you anything or show up on time.
