I could lose many hours here browsing books. Everyone is always helpful and if they dont have it at the store they can order it for you. Always clean and organized. Love shopping here

I will always love being able to stroll through B&N and pick up books from my wishlist- and find new favs along the way! This location has wonderful, helpful staff; a clean, well-maintained location; and is always well-stocked and even has some local authors in stock.I do not like (as in will not go into) the new layout for general fiction. Not only is it impossible to find anything, it feels like a maze and has a lot of tight and blind corners that are just asking for trouble from a womans perspective 😳

Ive been to this Barnes and Noble twice in the last two weeks and cannot sing Kris (not sure of his last name but hes a Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan) praises enough. He always has a smile on his face, is extremely knowledgeable and is the first to ask if he can help. The world needs more people like Kris!

Large Barnes and Noble store located at the Renaissance. Very clean and staff is helpful and usually can be found walking around the store, so easy to find someone. Wide variety of books and categories. Usually love to get my planners and journal books from here. Multiple areas to sit down and read. They even have a music section where you can get vinyls and CDs. They have a Starbucks shop which is always great. If item is not available in the store, easy to get it online. Recommend becoming a member if you shop here often.

There was no one at the customer service desk to help us. After we finally found someone and paid, a group of teenagers walked out setting off the inventory control alarm as we were leaving, and no one was there to notice or say anything.Very unprofessional

Just an awesome place to find a little bit of everything! I mean if they dont have the book or even text what youre looking for Im sure they can get it for you! They have everything from the Bible to the latest series of manga and whatever else you could think of in between.

I did not go to buy a book but waste time. Its an excellent environment to do so. It was not packed with people. And I saw books that I will purchase when I go back.

I went in to look around and found a cheap set of beautiful tarot cards (with book) on the sales rack. They had a lot of stuff. Mangas, studio ghibli, pokemon, and magik. I love this place

Everything is spaced out wonderfully & organized very well. I was happy to see that there was a small section for DnD. My fiancé loved the store bought 3 books. We will definitely be back.

Went in not expecting much but noticed the cd section and bought an Elton John 2 pack for about $20

One of two mainstream bookstores in the area, they are located in a good spot and the prices really arent bad compared to other locations.

I always enjoy a day of books and coffee. Very cool toys too! I am however disappointed because I frequent here often up until one day. I had bought some Starbucks and ate before I walked around per usual. I had my left overs and I was checking out the store from front to back because it is just awesome. Out of no where I was bombarded by a heavy set young white girl. Manager I guess? She obviously thought I was stealing. Which I wasnt. Instead of approaching me and acting the way she did, all she had to do was ask. I have yet to go back and its been a year. Sad.

They always have what Im looking for or they will order it. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help in any way possible. Great atmosphere. I will keep going back. And join their rewards program. Its definitely worth it if you buy a lot of books like our family.

Awesome book store. They have a great kids section with a train table and a beautiful book setup. Only complaint is I wish that there were bigger signs for the restrooms. For a while there I thought they didn’t have any.

I am an avid reader and have bought books from many places...But, I always come back to Barnes & Noble. Their selection is incredible and if they dont have a book- theyll order it for you!!!!! They have a nice rewards program and all of their inventory available online. I havent purchased their E-reader so, I cant review it besides what my friends, who own a Nook, have said. They rave about the ease of buying the books you want and not having to deal with dragging multiple books to work or wherever with you. Instead, you have all of your books on one device. The Highland Colony Parkway store has friendly and helpful staff who remember you if you come often. They offer Starbucks coffee and appetizers to go with it. They have quiet areas to sit, study or read and they arent afraid to run the noise makers out of the areas. Its clean and organized for your ease and quick purchase. Also, their staff is knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction. All-in-all, I give this store a 5 star rating for an all around great experience!!!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, who go out of their way to assist. I was looking for a particular book and although they didnt have it, the staff advised of another retailer who may have it. Didnt have to do that, but it was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be going back to this location soon.

I love this location. Always clean and the employees asmre helpful as usual. Very large selection and good clean food. The location is in a very safe and upscale plaza. They even have brooks brothers whom I frequent.

I went in this past Saturday needing to pick up some books that I had ordered for class. I had a lovely experience with the very pleasant employees at the cafe and then found a nice display of clearance items that had been carefully marked and well maintained. I also found a well-done display of planners in the middle of the store and found an awesome planner for the upcoming school year. I then made my way to the front register to pick up my preordered books and check out. The male cashier was so helpful and he was even able to find the price of my clearance item that was missing its tag. He was extremely thorough and really made the entire trip worth it. Employees like the ones at this Barnes and Noble (and the wonderful and generous teachers discount) really make shopping in person so much better than just ordering online from Amazon. Keep up the great work, yall!

Exploring all Barnes and Noble has to offer is always a nice experience. This visit was as fruitful as always, with a few mystery novels and an audio book to show for it.

Not a bad selection, the staff is friendly, and the store and restrooms are clean. They have a toss and games section. The kids area is cute, and they have a Cafe. There arent too many bookstores left, so it isnt like they have a lot of on hand competition. They havent let that be an excuse to downgrade. They are keeping it nice here. Nice place

When 7:00pm came, one of the young lady told my fiancè it was 7:00pm and told him he had to leave... extremely rude!! We will never shop at Barnes and Nobles ever again.

This is the only large book store in the area outside of Jackson and offers a wide variety of products (books, games, movies and music) but I wish there was something closer to the Flowood area. Getting here for a lot of people is a minimum 25 minute drive and thats when traffic is light and you know the quickest route already. They dont sell the games I like to play (MTG, D&D, etc.). Good thing there is a comic shop close by that does.

Too expensive, loud annoying music, but fun to breeze through to see the vast connections, or read a story in the most thought out part of the store, the kids section. The stage and book setup is pretty nice and the graphic novels are nice, but hit up Comic Commander for true service in the belly of the comic universe. They will order for you and are very nice.

Good customer service today. it is the only time i have been to this one. stores are all basically the same. i was looking for one specific magazine and a lady helped me. they did not carry it, but she took the time and was very nice. i did find another magazine that i did not know existed while i was there.

An absolute amazing experience in many different ways. Was looking for a book for my sister & the workers were extremely helpful. Best experience was at the register, i think her name was Storm, usually i just get bombarded with questions about the membership but she was super confident in the ways she explained and she talked to me like I was an old friend super friendly and made sure i knew that she loved her job. I went in not feeling well but, everyone was so nice. I really enjoyed looking at the music and movies. Theyve got any type of book youre looking for. The cashier helped me find a bookmark with pink (my favorite color). As I stated to walk away after paying I thanked him for being so nice and Im sorry for the trouble. But he called me by name and said it was his pleasure with a say, now thats good medicine.

Other than the cost of some of the reading material being high in comparison to other stores and online, it is a rather acceptable space to get work done. Of course I make the most of the Reduced-Price-Bin since the store has good selections overall. Additionally, the majority of the staff are quite helpful and polite, thus making one feel welcomed.

How quaint a real live book store, $tarbucks Coffe and dry Red Velvet cupcake. Books, Lego, DVDs, and Vinyl records. A good way to spend a rainy afternoon.

A great store once you get inside. Sometimes the busy shopping center parking lot can make it challenging just to get parked and get in. Love the bustling atmosphere and quiet corners too. Grab a coffee and meet someone or just chill out among the books.

A nice bookstore with A LOT of variety. This was the first Barnes and Noble I have been to that sold childrens toys. I thought that was a cool touch. I had a few questions and they helped me out with no problems.

This is a great place to get unique gifts. I found a hard to find Mandalorian Funko Pop. When in doubt go to this Barnes & Noble to stand out on gift giving or just a little something special for you.
