Fantastic ladies who deliver superb hospitality and customer service. Though this store was busy, I never once felt neglected. The kitchenware is as beautiful to behold as it is of extreme high-quality. I hope this company remains in business forever. The team I experienced today deserves a pay hike.
This is one of my favorite stores to shop because it simply has the finest kitchen items in the world. The sales people are kind and courteous. This store has items you just wont ever see at any other store. There are other stores similar to this store but they arent on the level of this store. This is the Bugatti Veyron of kitchen items.
Beautiful displays, quality products and phenomenal customer service.
This store has every kitchen gadget imaginable. Bought some dragon and Phoenix serving platters that are more like works of art.
Great quality and awesome service!
This store always has a great selection of kitchenware ranging from the affordable for the home cook to the professional grade for the home chef. Spices, sauces, and bases are in good supply, though not fresh. There are also very good coffee making equipment and accessories that cant be found anywhere else. There are various display tables that are always set for each season and sale, and they are done very well.
This staff has great customer service.
Much better than average stores of the type. Even if you dont know what youre looking for youll find something you didnt know you were looking for but always wanted.
I enjoy how this store always smells of food. I think the kitchen in there is a great touch.
Way too expensive!
On the evening of March 4, I went in the Williams-Sonoma store specifically asking to see the Le Creuset Sea Salt Collection. The associate on duty directed me to the actual selection of salt, a wall of different types of salts. I had to repeat a few times that I was interested in the Le Creuset Sea Salt Collection. Had she taken the time to listen to my question and request, she would have been able to hear that I was interested in Le Creuset and not salt. Usually, the employees in Williams-Sonoma that I have shopped in (Houston and Memphis areas) are familiar with the different lines for the brands they carry. Apparently, it is only available through Sur La Table after I checked in my liked news feeds where I received the advertisement. I acknowledged my mistake and apologized indicating that the store was Sur La Table. She was not familiar with Sur La Table and I indicated that this company also offers cooking classes. She simply stated, we offer cooking classes too and walked away. She did not take the time to provide a schedule or the types of classes they offer. In the years of going in Williams-Sonoma, I have never witnessed such poor customer service. The WS in the Galleria area of Houston always had impeccable, professional, and superior customer service. In WS-Galleria, you are always greeted and offered assistance with the different selections. They are helpful, amiable, and knowledgeable about the products, product lines, and options and they suggest new products as well based on what the customers are interested in purchasing.
I bought a set of shun knifes from William Sonoma. I took one back when I found it defective. They said it wasnt their problem and to send it back to the manufacture. I sent the knife back that chipped when cutting into sausage. The company said that they didnt care and wont replace it! Said it was my fault. Both of these companies just lost my business!!
Lovely personnel. Very helpful and friendly.
Higher end cooking and kitchen ware. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help you.
My favourite place for cooking supplies
It smells good in here
Not very professional, no how can I help you or any greeting from walking into the store. I just walked out.
Good sales, delicious samples
Everything for your kitchen, parties and more.
