As someone who is at the beginning of her fitness journey, I needed all the help with the proper shoes to support my aging body. Peter at the Ridgeland, MS Fleet Feet was so helpful. From the foot scans to the recommendations, I felt like I was in the right place. I went into the store with a specific shoe in mind. I came in with no clue what I needed, only knowing that I needed to get rid of my shin splints. Jared got my feet measured and walked through my results. He then helped me with a variety of shoes and insoles made for my feet and concerns. He even trimmed my insoles to make sure that they fit my shoes, perfectly. Couldnt ask for better customer service!

Everyone at Fleet Feet is a member of the running community and so they all feel like friends. In fact, several of your employees are friends or colleagues in coaching. I enjoy the real discussions about running and shoes. I come for the professional opinions and I will always recommend Fleet Feet to runners of all ages.

Jared actually measured my son’s feet and watched his gait. He listened to why we came. My son just started cross country and was having shin pain. He brought out three different pairs of shoes to try that all were supposed to help. He tried all three on and ran on the treadmill. 2 of the three were perfect. We ended up getting the new Brooks Ghost 14. I am very satisfied with the service we received. The 60 day return policy is nice too. Hopefully these shoes will be great and we won’t need it.

The store was clean. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. I have a bad foot and the shoes that were selected for me helped me tremendously. Even though they were busy, the young man waiting on me took his time and did not rush me. I will definitely be back.

Purchased shoes sometime in January (maybe February)and within 6 months my heels were coming out through the sides of the shoe. Went back up there to see about what I needed to do. I found a new pair I liked there, but I will probably just see if I can find them cheaper online. Never paid that much for a pair of shoes for them to completely tear up in 5 months.Just really displeased with the quality. Second pair of shoes Ive gotten here that didnt last more than 6 months. The staff is super nice and very helpful though!

Store in Ridgeland, MS was quite busy when my wife and I visited. The process for meeting the needs of all waiting customers was smooth. Ben did a great job assiting my wife and me with purchasing the shoes we needed. Great service, great information about proper shoe fitment and great sales experience. The shoes my wife wanted were not in stock locally but Ben easily walked her through the porcess to order on-line while we were in the store. We left with my new shoes in hand and the wifes ordered for delivery to our home. Highly recommended.

My experience on Friday was AH-mazing. I got there about 20 minutes before the store closed (I did not know the hours). The salesperson did not rush me and took the time to walk me through the process of purchasing the correct shoes for walking/running based upon my gait assessment. He was patient and knowledgable. I am sorry that I can not remember his name, but I do appreciate him.

TRUST YOUR SALESPERSON/OUTFITTER AND THE FIT PROCESS!!!I have needed new running shoes for a while now, but have put it off bc I wear prescribed orthotics daily for my high arches and wasnt sure how I wanted to support my arches in a new pair of running shoes (the prescribed inserts are great for everyday support, but uncomfortable for running). I went into the store in a rush and with a couple shoes already in mind. I shortcircuited the fit process, tried them on and went with a newer version of a shoe I have had acceptable experiences with in the past (Nike Pegasus). A few days later, I hadnt yet run in the shoes because I still wasnt sold on the fit and I regretted not taking more time to let Fleet Feet help me get set up with the right shoe and arch support, so I set a fitting appointment online and went back. This time I let Emma put me through the fit process from beginning to end. I was very pleased and surprised by the technology the store has to evaluate foot size, shape, motion, and footbed pressure. The visualization on the tablet is very helpful. The results both confirmed information Id previously received from a podiatrist (except with more specific details) and also provided new information, all of which I received by email. Emma was very thorough in her explanations of the results and how she would use them to help select the shoes that should fit me best. She spent a significant amount of time with me and guided me through the process of testing a few different pairs of shoes walking in the store and jogging on the treadmill. We went back and forth between shoes multiple times and with different combinations of over the counter inserts to find the best shoe/insert combo. Emma spent just over 1.5 hrs helping me and had a very pleasant attitude from start to finish! I was impressed by her experience, knowledge, and attention to detail, and felt like she really cared about getting the right fit for me. I left wearing a great fitting shoe from a brand I probably would have never thought to even try on (Mizuno)! Excellent experience overall!

Best customer service of any shoe store I have ever been to, bar none. I went at the recommendation of my orthopedic doctor, and Im so happy i did. I was really impressed with Daniel and his product knowledge. This wad my second visit to Fleet Feet. I decided to get and second pair of Hoka shoes since the first pair is working so well. This time I took my father with me because he tried mine on and decided he wanted to try some as well. Daniel took his time with my father, doing a 3D foot scan and watching him walk, then brought out multiple pairs of shoes for him to try on until my father found the perfect pair. My father said the service, knowledge and friendliness of Daniel reminded him of the old school personal service you would receive when going to stores 40 years ago. I will be a life long customer of Fleet Feet because of this top notch, World Class service.

Best service for shoe fitting on your needs. Im a nurse and needed reliable and comfortable shoes for standing for long periods and they measure me, watched my pronation, and determined the best shoes and inserts to keep me going throughout the day. I buy here frequently and never had an issue.

I went in for a water bottle I could run with and came out with that plus gels, sunglasses and a sweet new pair of kicks that are perfect for my narrow feet and high arches. Fleet feet is always great, aside from the fact that you are supporting a local business which is especially important in this day and age, you get great help and service. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help get you up and running (pun intended).

Recommeded by a physician, the employees help me find the perfect pair of shoes. They have a great trial policy. If you get a pair that are comfortable in store, but arent within a couple of weeks, they will exchange the pair for ones that fit comfortably. They have a high tech analysis that shows the shoes that will be the best fit, not just by size, but by where pressure is put on your feet. Best shoe shopping experience Ive had.

Customer service here is second to none. They look at your needs and try and find shoes to fit you and your needs. Great selection of top notch brands. Pete helped transitioned me from ASICS to altra. Altra is much better for my lower back issues because it closest replicates barefoot walking. I could tell a difference in my lower back after a few hours of walking around. Didn’t realize that elevated heel was messing with my back so much! Never would have known about this brand if not for Pete and fleet feet. Ya don’t know what ya don’t know!

So now I have a new review and its five stars!They really took their time with my entire family, as we all needed a new running shoes. They made sure it was a great fit, the right shoe, Etc.When we got home, my daughters shoes were a little weird when she was walking in them so we went back and again incredible customer service! They knew what they were doing.We are all out running again and it feels great!Shoes are great, but the employees dont really take an interest in the customer. Especially being a running store, they really need to know more about what the customer needs. They were nice and polite, just not what I expect from a running store. (Not just be someone to go get a pair of shoes from the back and then ring you up.)

My experience at fleet feet was nothing short of amazing. The mapping of your feet and then a detailed explanation of the results. They found the best fitting shoes for me and I am very pleased. Not only comfortable supportive but cute too.

The shoes are great, but the service takes it to a new level. My most recent experience was quick and easy. The associate who helped me took the initiative to look up all the shoes I had purchased in the past, paying close attention to the ones I liked and didnt. I told him I was also interested in a brand I hadnt tried before. He pulled a couple of pairs (not too many as I have had that happen at stores by associates who really didnt have the training to know which ones to pull). This showed me confidence in his decision making skills as he didnt need to pull every pair in the back to help me find one I would like. I tried on two pair. One from the company I had had and loved before, and one from the brand I told him I was interested in trying. I liked them both but ultimately decided on the ones I had had before. I was extremely sore from a particularly hard leg day and was walking like tin man. He asked if I would like to try them on the treadmill, and I (half) jokingly told him I just didnt think my legs would agree with me. He laughed, said no problem, and reminded me that if I got out there and decided they werent going to work, I still had 60 days to exchange. All in all I was out of there in like 15-20 minutes where as with other stores I could be in there for over an hour trying on the 15 pairs of shoes the associate brought out. I imagine some people enjoy that kind of all you can try on buffet service and to each their own, but I enjoy quick, concise experiences that dont turn into a headache. I love Fleet Feet. My whole family loves them too. I wish I could remember my guys name but I am drawing a blank. That being said Ive never had a bad experience with anyone there. If youve never been, get in there. If youre a long time patron, lets continue to support such a great business.

My wife was referred here by her orthopedist. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. They offered several different options. We had to come back and swap shoes twice before we finally found a pair that my wife could use, but each time the staff was amazing and gave us no trouble in finding what we needed.
