Loved the collection. I bought a jumpsuit, a dress and a romper. Clothes were really cute but I felt bit pricy.

Dont buy anything if it isnt 100 percent right. No matter what they tell you, you cant exchange.

My 12 year old daughter bought me a sweater that was a much too large for Christmas. I came to swap it out and they didn’t have one in a smaller size. They refused to swap it out for anything else as it was a final sale item. Not even for anything else that might have fit me on the clearance rack. What a waste... no one in my family will be able to make use of the sweater and they have definitely lost my business, as well as my daughters (she was super excited to get me something she thought I would really like). Guess I’ll try and sale it on Facebook.

Nice store in Jackson (Ridgeland), MS. The first lady who greeted us (who we believe may have been the owner) was very friendly. However, when we went back on Saturday, another lady was behind the counter who didnt seem to know what she was doing. We purchased a backpack that was to be embroidered free of charge, thanks to a back to school promotion the store was having. The lady had to repeatedly text the owner to get information about the embroidering and told us the backpack would be shipped to us within 10-12 days so our granddaughter could have it in time for school to begin. After repeated phone calls to the store because the backpack was not received in the timeframe the employee originally gave us, and different explanations each time we called (...the backpack was finished and had been shipped out, and ...the backpack is crossed off the list and so it obviously was ready to be shipped out), we finally received the backpack after a very odd message was left on our phone explaining that the backpack was finished and would be shipped out the following day and that ...during free embroidery promotions, it is explained to customers that it takes 12-14 business days for backpacks to be finished. Unfortunately, that was not the timeframe shared with us at any time (during our initial visit and definitely not when we would call to check on the progress). While the Gingersnaps store is great, we probably wont visit again and we definitely wont recommend anyone purchase backpacks with embroidery during the promotional periods. Obviously, there isnt enough manpower to keep up with the demand.
