Awful experience, really disappointed especially since Libby herself was involved. I am from out of town and Libby Store was one of my favorite stores. I have spent quite some time and money here. I got two items for Christmas at Libby Story, and because I live in New Orleans, was not able to bring back until 2 months later. I had receipts for both items. They would not even allow me to get store credit. Even after contacting Libby, THE STORE OWNER HERSELF, she would not allow it. I will no loner shop here and would recommend you don’t either. Especially after having such an awful experience with the owner. Libby was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Ladies, take your money elsewhere.

I love Libby story. But the last several times I’ve been in there (my friends say the same!) the customer service has just not been all that great. I don’t know what has changed. No one checking on you or anything. If I’m spending lots of money in a place I would like to be greeted! I hope this changes soon because I would love my experience again with Libby Story!
