Who ever Miracle is she has terrible customer service skills. I work at Walegreens and repeatedly told her which account to use under my number and she still picked the wrong one and didnt care to change it after I corrected her multiple times after it. I dont to much have issues with the employees there but she doesnt need to be at the register anymore if she go be doing all that

I’ve been using this location on and off for almost three years now and I’ve never had any major issues. They’re generally very friendly and nice; they take the time to ask me how I am and remember me, which is a really good feeling. I trust their opinions and they’ve worked with me in the past when I needed a partial fill or had a pressing issue where I needed the medication right away. I’m very grateful to have such kind people helping me manage my health.

I just started using this location in January. I have had the same doctor for 8 years. Repeatedly I have called or gone to pick up a prescription and been told they had not received it from the doctor. I call the doctor and they say it was sent. I believe my doctor - 8 years experience with them and never had this problem until I started using the Old Canton location!

The pharmacy technician seems bothered by customers and has altered the truth in a past service encounter.All I’m requesting is good customer service. I’ve been a Walgreens patron in my home state for over 30 years, this location by far has the worst technician service.

Somebody needs to get on this pharmacy. Multiple times I’ve had my medicine called here and went to go pick it up hours later and they said they had not received a call for my medicine. It is unbelievable how unprofessional this pharmacy is. Pharmacy definitely needs new management as soon as possible.

This is the most unprofessional, rudest, and slowest pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never met a pharmacist and staff so rude and inconsiderate. I was told by the pharmacist “J” that they were understaffed but there were 6 people working that day! Now how is that understaffed?!? Usually, I see less staff with a pharmacist and they still provide excellent, speedy customer service! Lied and told me I had to pay for medication in which the insurance covered it then turned around and said I didn’t have to pay anything. Are you incompetent or pocketing money? Which was one it? Prescription was sent in around 11:45am. Arrived at 2:15pm, wasn’t ready! Told to come back in 30 minutes, came back 1 hour and 30 minutes still not ready! All of the staff including pharmacist laughing! Went to the Walgreens on County Line Road and was in and out in less than 10 minutes!!! Received excellent customer service from the pharmacist and her staff! You would think Walgreens corporate office would take the google reviews seriously regarding the pharmacy area and make necessary changes! Every negative review is about the pharmacy! Sad! You are in the healthcare industry, you’re dealing with sick adults and children! You have to have understanding, patience, and excellent customer service as people may have been in the emergency room or doctors office all day and just want to get back home to rest! If you can’t handle it, then come from behind the counter and let someone else that is willing do it!

Just waited at the counter for 5 minutes with no one there. Was looked at by an employee in photo and another in cosmetics. They didn’t say anything or call anyone. Finally I just left. The place was mostly empty, so it can’t be because it was busy.The manager here really needs to do a better job. Oh well, luckily the isn’t the Walgreens I normally use.

Friendly, Professional,Knowledgeable staff! Unfortunately the shortage of staff isn’t their fault because they have to to check for accuracy ! It’s worth the wait for Me!

Best place for prescription drugs

This Wal-greens is awful. The Pharmacist is rude as well. I misunderstand what she was asking me and she got smart with me thats what I asked you. They act like you are bothering them when you go to pick your meds up. I will move my medication elsewhere.

Great place to get medicine late at night

Moving all my meds from Walgreens to Kroger both because of price and lack of good service. Do not use this location even if you use Walgreens.

Extremely, extremely slow drive through. Youre just sitting there looking in the window. No one even acknowledges that you are there. Sad if youre feeling bad.

I visit this location several times a week because I live so close. One of the female cashiers is a miserable and rude human being. My husband and I both have had horrible encounters with her. If I could smack her around without getting arrested, I would.
