The customer service is AWESOME!!!!!! Everyone was so welcoming! Kristen(spellcheck) and Mrs. Debbie were exceptionally great! I bought a sewing machine online so I can teach myself to sew. Kristen gave me a step-by-step tutorial and ensured I had everything I needed to get started. She told me to call or come back by if I needed any help at all. She was very detailed in the short amount of time that we had...cause it was almost closing time...and she didnt rush me at all. Will definitely be returning SOON!!!!!! Im so excited about my purchase...and the price was AMAZING!

This is a cute shop with lots of stands that hold notions, templates and fabrics. In their “event room” or seeing class room, I notice that they host their own Baby Lock shows! Probably have videos for sewers to learn. A place worth to visit.

This was the first time that I have gone to this particular fabric store my daughter gave me a gift card for my birthday. I felt like a kid in a candy store. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the stock and the selections that they have its great. I told my salesperson that I would definitely be coming back. It was a wonderful shopping experience. Cant wait till I go back. I recommend Cotton Blossom anyone and everyone.

They have quite a big selection of fabrics for a small store, none I have ever seen anywhere else. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My sister and I will be back!

They have a terrific selection of machines and classes, but the fabric selection was very basic. I drove from out of state because of the online reviews and was very disappointed. I also had to wait at the door for several minutes before the staff saw me and let me in. I appreciate the COVID precautions, but if you are going to screen people before entering you should be watching the door.
