Called to ask a question about services. Guy sent me to a website. Asked him to repeat the name and he acted extremely bothered and spoke very rudely to me. Hung up before I could finish my sentence thanking him for repeating himself. What a jerk.

The store hours on Saturday are from 9 AM to 1 PM. I show up at 10:17 AM and the store is closed……????? Make it make sense.

All employees were not wearing masks. I have co morbids and they refused to acknowledge my request. He said they did not believe in the virus. I was shocked at the attitude.

I literally could not run my business without the help of this store and their great staff! It’s like having my own shipping department. They always help me with my shipments, large and small, with a smile. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could!

2 surgeries have slowed me down and left me in some pain. I stood in line. I made it to being next and took the same spot the previous customer stood. Man comes to front and calls previous customer to register. She pays and exits. A woman walks in and goes right past my slow self and she is waited on immediately. After several minutes I am allowed to approach the counter. I made a comment about the lack of courtesy and was told: “I thought you were doing something.” He was referring to me being at a station for labeling a a package but he wasn’t confused at all about the person ahead of me. I have run businesses that are customer service oriented. Nobody is that blind to what is going on in the floor area. He had to be blatantly lying. He definitely was a silver haired grumpa.

They stole my $100 gift card And brought the paper with nothing I’m there I’m very disappointed.... I hate this service and I want my money back ASAP is not fair. @UPS

I made a phone call yesterday as I was having to work a full day from morning til closing and I checked the website if the mailing service had stopped by the house. Of course they did and it said to check and see if a note was left on the door. I couldnt leave work so thats when I made a call. The guy was rude at cutting me off as I was about to ask him a particular question after explaining to him that I was not going to be home until close to midnight to see the note. He quoted: Theyre not going to send the package back today. Theyll do it again tomorrow. I was not asking or expecting them to send it back the same day. I was simply going to ask what do I need to do. As of now since I have read the note they were going deliver it back to the house and someone needed to be available to sign. It is my day off and I am home awaiting the package to discover that it has been dropped off at another service location. I will carry my note just in case to let them be aware that they did not do as they have stated they were going to.

I just dropped off a return package that came with a ground pre-paid label. I needed to get it back to the store in 2 days, however thanks to the manager Jasons honest and great customer service he explained that I probably didnt need to shell out the extra dough for 2-day air as most companies will get the return notice immediately when he scanned it. Thought Id spread the good word that Jason really has his customers best interests in mind.

Service was good and polite, but I feel like I was getting scammed on shipping and packing. Not sure if this is due to UPS policy or the store trying to upcharge. They wanted to charge me $42 to pack and ship a 3 lb item approx. 16x10x10. The clerk was willing to wager me money I couldnt ship it for less via USPS. I ended up shipping USPS for $9.

We have utilized the services of this store since December 2015. I can say the service is commendable and we are happy with our experience to date.Update 4/23/18Today is April 23rd 2018 and I am happy to say this is by far the best UPS Store weve ever had the pleasure of utilizing for our needs. The store manager, Gayland, is an awesome person and his team Linda and Jason are equally as awesome.

Will try my best to never use UPS again due to the service at this store. Rude associate, owner, and corporate. Instead of sending back a perishable item to sender, the owner decided to open it and take it to his personal home for storage.(????) And then still expected us to consume this food item, that had been opened and stored at a strangers house. What a joke.

I am really amazed how some people gave good rating to this store....probably store employees or workers.Worst people to deal with.....they will be very polite to you BUT be very careful. Make sure that you get the service for which you are charged....There is a Fedex store close by....go there if you can
