I have never gone a mechanic who actually called when they said they would. These guys had excellent communication in keeping us posted on what the problem was, they offered reasonable and potential solutions and they actually called when it was ready. Outstanding! Bonus they patched a flat and replaced a tire pressure sensor all in one day on a Saturday without an appointment at that. We will be using them moving forward.

Was vacationing there needed some work on my 1990 C4 Corvette all new shocks and a head gasket should have taken 2 days max. They kept my car for 5 days

Overpriced, dishonest, and poor mechanics. Called on Monday asking for brakes and rotors pricing on Transit van: $280 for brakes and $360 for both. Bring vehicle in on Thursday and state $45 inspection fee, after that theyll call with total.. They call and state front and rear brakes and rotors need replacing (thank you I knew that), and its $380 for front and another $380 for rear. I reply fine go for it since it needs to be done but not what was stated on Monday. He misspoke. After a few hours another call the van is heavy duty and therefore costs another $160 for extra labor. Grand total is close to $1000 from the original $360. Even after I got the van back, the brakes still make noise

Brought our newly acquired 73 Super Beetle to them which was quite in need of attention safety work. I have had my Honda Ridgeline and Cadilac DTS to them also. Very honest and good mechanics. PROFESSIONALS all the way! The two girls at the front desk are so in-tune with any of your issues. These guys are my mechanics for all my vehicles.

S & P fixed the front-end on my Dodge Grand Caravan, so thankful they got rid of the loud rattle & clanking noise! We took it to two other repair shops and they couldnt repair it correctly, but S&P took care of the problem without breaking our bank😊 I highly recommend them for auto repairs💙🌴

Ive been going to this shop for YEARS now. I started with my beat up Trailblazer that was falling apart at every nut and bolt and Vic and his guys would work magic on that truck for me until finally I had to get rid of it and I bought my brand new Altima in 2014 and this shop is the only one I will let service my girl since the day I brought her home. S&P has done everything from big jobs on my SUV to my regular oil changes and brake jobs on my car and I couldnt be happier with not only their work and knowledge but also the exceptional customer service they extend to everyone.

Please do not bypass the bad reviews and go here they are telling the truth! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, and in the end I replaced parts that were told were bad. But, for some strange reason my A/C did not improve after putting the NEW parts in. They diagnosed my A/C and told me the blower motor and resistor was bad. Changed those two ourselves because they wanted to charge $430 just to put them in on top of the parts cost, we put them in ourselves in under 15 minutes. Still no difference with the A/C. So, I call them up told them that it did not do anything to the A/C. And told me well it might be the fuse come by and we will replace the $1 part click. I get there and they hook their gadgets up and looked puzzled on why its not blowing a lot. Then I get told that its a Freon leak. And I asked the mechanic if he could look at the fuse because it looks melted a little on the prong and he said if it didnt work the blower motor would not work. I needed to pick my dog up and was time crunching so, I asked how much longer it would be and the owner catches a attitude and goes were done were all done!! And I was like if you need more time let me know I just need to know how much longer because I need to see if I need to get someone to pick my dog up. And he just starts snatching the gadgets off the car. And I was like well, what was wrong with the A/C then? And he replied with their is a leak somewhere. And then he went on to tell me if the other repair shop put in dye like you said which i dont believe you or them because then my mechanics would of found the leak. For one... Why would I lie about dye being put in my car... pointless. So, then I asked if the parts basically were necessary the ones that I bought or did I just waste $150 and he replied with lady look I just gave you more then $100 of free Freon. And went into his office typing something on the computer. So, now I got still a sweaty hot car and out $150 in parts that who knows if they really needed to be replaced because once again the A/C still works the same just like it did when the BAD parts were in their. DO NOT GO THERE. I really wanted the A/C fixed since I got little ones in the car that get so hot in the car. They dont care its just a guessing game on what can it be instead of figuring out what the real problem is.

I went in with a flat. They got me right in, fixed the flat and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. I cant say it will be this quick all the time. But, they were awesome!

Would not reccomend this shop. Took my truck in a few days ago to have a wheel hub assembly looked at and just after a couple hours I received a call with a whole list of issues that totaled over $5000. I paid for the diagnostic, received the list of issues and left. I bought the wheel hub assembly for $156 from Oriellys, that this shop was going to charge me double the amount and $400 for labor and I replaced the part myself. Need a mechanic, dont go to this shop.

I had an old suburban with a massive oil leak which I thought was the rear main seal. I was wrong. These guys found multiple leaks and contacted me and was done by the next afternoon. Awesome service and communication. Did exactly what they said and I have had no more problems since. I will definitely be going back.

This place is complete trash. Went in to change alternator, got calls to fix almost every other part on my car. I drove it to the shop perfectly fine, and drove it out with more problems than i had when i went. Place is a joke! Completely ruined my car, Victor and the owner are the worst technicians ive ever seen in my life.

Please dont let these crooks take your money .Repair job was done with used parts. When it wasnt repaired the manager insulted myself and wife. Took to another shop for professional repair shop found work s&p did actually broke parts they said they fixed. Will not let s&p work on anything again

I took my grandson dune buggy there to see if they could replace the front right wheel to the buggy. The owner told me to place the buggy outside to the left where a camera is and it will be no problem. A few days later he called and said they could not fix it. I said ok and I will pick it up a few day later I called and told him I was coming to pick it up. When I got there the dune buggy was gone. It was gone when I called and the owner knew it and stated he thought I was joking. The owner showed me the camera and it showed the buggy there and then the camera malfunction for about 45 minutes and when it came back on the buggy was gone. Crooks

Car wouldnt start in the morning. Had it towed there and they said the starter was bad. That worked for about three days. I took it back and was told that the battery needed to be changed... why they didnt check that before is beyond me. So they changed it and told me to let the car idle in my driveway for 30 minutes when I got home. I did this and came out to my car smoking and over heating. Brought it back the next day to have them tell me their mechanic forgot to reconnect the temp sensor... nearly blew my motor. If you want a mechanic you can trust, call someone else.

Only issue I had was being charged 3 hours about 90$ Labour while it took 2hours to fix my truck I set the timer when they pulled my truck in to when they Finished the test drive .Honesty is very important. They stalled as much as they can never going back .

Theyre CROCKS!! They were suppose to be fixing my husband car. They made it worse then it was. Was suppose to fixing the exhausted on his car. Quoted him aone price and fixed something else without even calling him to let him know about. To make a long story short. This company didnt fix the problem . My husband car broke again and I really feel that this company did something to his car. My husband took it back and they are refusing to look at it. I wouldnt refere them to anyone!!

These people are spineless thieves. They stole something that was for a child and had the audacity to act like they knew nothing about it. I dropped the little vehicle off at this place for them to fix on it. I call to tell them I am going to pick it up and they said okay. Long story short they made it seem as if the vehicle was still there when they knew that it wasnt. If the vehicle isnt there where the hell is it. They lied and stole my vehicle and have not made any attempt to locate it, identify it or any of that. There are video recordings of them having the vehicle but they still want to deny it. I am suing these con artists.

I have been going to this shop now for about a year with a few different vehicles, some which are classic cars. The guys always look over the cars and provide me with a list of what needs to be done and asks for approval prior to beginning work. I have one particular car that the dealership somewhat messed up on with not doing a proper oil change and instead topped off new oil on top of old oil. This has created and caused some clogging in the engine and may eventually need a new engine. Victor and the guys took their time looking over the engine to pinpoint all the problems, then replacing multiple different sensors. And giving me some added life to the engine. Wound up shortly after having a bit more engine problem and called them back and they took the car in and had it out by the end of the day so I could have it for the weekend since I had visitors from out of town and didnt want to drive my truck downtown. Definitely hands on group of guys with both newer cars and classic cars. Recommend them for all vehicles and even custom work on classics.

Took my sons 1998 Ranger in to have Victor finish and engine installation that I had started and was 85% complete with before becoming ill. I ask him to double check all the bolts for tightness, troubleshoot an electrical issue,swap out both the power steering pump and radiator (I supplied all parts) an hook up aftermarket gauges. $985 later, my gauges are still not working, the belts are squealing so loud that I cant hear my son sitting next to me, there is bolts still loose, and I have a $100 battery that I didnt ask for. (my son had already purchased a new one). Victor was very rude (a total ass) & and should never be allowed to interact with the human race or touch another wrench. I would never recommend taking even a childs red wagon to S&P (and Victor)

Ripped off!Went there because my check engine light was flashing. They told me all my coils were gone and said $938 repair. I then said Id have it towed to the dealership. So they offered to do it for $800. I agreed but they could not get the coils. (I needed 6.) First they said they would only do 4, then 2. Well $400 later I left with 2 coils and my car ran just fine. I went to my mechanic (in atlanta) and he told me all 6 coils do no go out at the same time. They charged me $90 for coils, the dealership only charges $82 and the autoparts stores charges around $50. They did fix my car but my mechanic was mad because they changed my spark plugs (I didnt know, but they were brand new and great quality) with a less quality spark plug. He also said they knew I didnt need 6 coils because the computer tells you which of the coils go out. And he said he would have charged me $400 to change all 6 but he checked and the other 4 were functioning fine.STAY AWAYYYYY!!!

Good business thats rare to find these days. They didnt give me that come in for one thing and come out with more problems. They also saved me some money in my pocket as well. Now as a man I would actually refer a woman to this spot cause they dont try to hustle you because youre a lady. S&P Automotive Specialist has my vote hands down.

I will never take as much as a radio flyer in that shop. I shopped around to compare prices on catalytic converter repair on a Cadillac SRX. They quoted me reasonable less than a big chain repair shop and the dealer. I took it in on a Wednesday, they told me they needed to overnight the part but it wouldnt be there until Monday. Monday no part, Tuesday no part. Then the service manager calls to say oh, wait the part has not been ordered and to have it expedited will be Thursday at no particular time. After reading some reviews I think I should get my car back before they even touch it. I know you get what you pay for an getting a cheaper price may just cost me in the long run. Service should speak for itself and their service SUCKS!!!

My mother-in-law took my car in for some work while I was out of town. After the work was done the car was pulling pretty badly so I asked a friend (a certified mechanic) to look at it. Come to find out the inner tie rods (front and back) were not tightened at all and they did not put a cotter pin in on the new tie rod that they put in. On top of that they used zip-ties around the the front brake pads that they had also just changed instead of changing, or even putting the old bolts back it. Very upset with this service, especially since I could have been in a bad accident due to leaving my car in an unsafe condition to drive. I would not recommend going here.

Theyre crooks they made me order a part after they diagnosed for 180$ then after I get the part for 100$ they said they will fix it for 90$ when I called about my car they said how bad dont I want my car fix is 300$ more good SMDH I guess they decided to have a heart and charged 240$ instead I paid over 500$ total the job was done pretty good but they double charged me for the work crooks
