Fantastic there was a nice young woman that helped me in there she was awesome. Im so sorry I dont remember her name she was the tallest thin black lady very nice. If she didnt know the answer to one of my questions or wear something was she asked someone they even had to go in the back and get me a pair of binoculars.

The store is well laid out, brightly lit, and its easy to find what you need. I needed a nice looking tool storage cabinet. They had a Yukon 46 nice looking sturdy cabinet with 9 drawers and in 4 colors on display. Because I could see it and check it out thoroughly I was sure I wanted it. Took a fork lift to get it into the truck. Everyone there was helpful. Prices are great there too.

Every thing you need at reasonable prices. Only flaw is they only carry of brand power tools.

As with most hardware or improvement stores, we were there for one item. We ended up leaving with about a dozen items instead. Great choices, clean store, and helpful staff made this visit pleasurable. The store layout was easy to follow as well. May end up shopping here more often. Even the checkout clerk was funny which helped to bring smiles to each customer. Thank you for overall making it a joy to shop there. Will recommend to others and go back ourselves. We did get our said item and quickly realized we need other items for home projects. So good on them for enticing their customers with good prices, excellent selection, and helpful associates.

Good variety, decent prices for the most part, wouldnt be the first choice for all tools, but there are many tools that are better priced than other stores.

Found just what we needed.

They used to have coupons, and if you didnt have your coupon you were out of luck. Now they dont use coupons, so its actually better because you can stop on the way home...

Just another store. Some of the staff are super helpful, some are arrogant. One of them quietly added extended warranty without asking and when asked to cancel and refund, acted as if it was a big deal and as if it was my fault.

Came in today, wanted to buy a larger item and pay for it, I’ve been waiting for this item for awhile as it’s been unavailable, I ask if I could buy it and pick it up a few days later due to my truck is in the shop . The manager Abby stared it was to much trouble to mark something sold to hold it . Thought ownership should know your staff is letting money walk out the door .

The sales staff is terrific! I was assured the mini shovel I purchased was easily concealed, yet big enough to dispose of a body!

The employees are very nice. The reason for the low stars, is they dont offer the w0% off coupon anymore.

It would be nice to have nicer employees!

Ok tool Lovers, Harbor Freight is really hard to beat for some things. Every tool Ive bought has done its job and it just makes you feel warm inside looking around..LOL...Just bought some Christmas Gifts there today...

Good selection of tools and odds and ends good for the at home hobbyist. Some of the hand tools are fine for a professional too. Been using a set of their ratcheting wrenches in industrial settings for about two years now and theyve held up.

Went here to spend $500 on a welder. Turns out they dont keep them in stock anymore they will pre sell you one and it could arrive in 3-5 weeks. So I put back the other $100 worth of supplies and took my money somewhere that had the actual product on hand. Store refuses to call other stores for availability for me and I sister no one had them on hand. I can order a similar quality and warranted product off Amazon and have it in two days.

They have tool chest in the store on display then when u get to the register tell u that is pre sale and have no idea when one will show up could be weeks people shouldnt have to wait weeks and have no time line after spending $800 + on a tool chest

Awesome 👍 place. I bought a safe, and had to return it. Dillon the store manager, was very helpful, caring and understanding young man. I opened the box from the bottom, and never took out the styrofoam piece. The keys were in that part lol. Either way, he was a very Polite Young Man. I will be returning.

Ordered 2 items online. Shipping was very slow (4 days to ship) Then only received one item. Wrote to them - no reply. Then = Called was on hold for a long time. Found out it was on back-order. Ordered 12/7 .... called 12/26. Never any communication that it was on back-order during those 19 days!!! That is very poor customer service. Better to just shop in store - their on line business is not good.

Nice location and helpful folks for this HF store. However its smaller than most and they dont have everything that HF advertising has in the circulars or store only specials. Call ahead to check inventory.

Wow, this place is going to get me into trouble. I love to work on my own car and my honey do list is my own so I have my own tools and need more. Always wanted to go to this place but never have and now we have one, felt like a kid in a candy store.
