I just got my car from this place. Needed the alternator replaced and they gave a very reasonable estimate. Had my car towed there via AAA on Tuesday and it was done Friday morning. Not bad at all. Picking up my car was very quick, as well. Kelsey was the only person I dealt with but she was very nice and professional.

I’m always happy with the service I get from DTS Automotive . I dropped my car off there to get maintenance and they were so informative and fast. I then dropped off my husband’s car since his check engine light was on. They diagnosed it and took care of it right away. I recommend them to everyone and anyone else who wants great quick service on their cars. I moved but I’m considering driving up here just to get my car serviced. Great job DTS Automotive!

Somewhat expensive but competitive. Had them do alternator and plugs on my truck. Did a great job.the mechanics here seem to know their craft well. I have minor issues handled in my hometown at a local mechanic but major jobs I have these guys take care of it

We are very happy with the work they did on our car. We bought a car from a nearby (Phillipston, MA) used dealership and they couldnt seem to complete the work after having the car for two weeks. DTS had the car fixed in two hours! We are very pleased with the service we received.

DTS is the place to go. Great staffing, good prices and a wide range of work being offered from small to big jobs. They have a always been helpful when issues pop up from my vehicles. I find DTS is a one stop shop for whatever I need including state vehicle inspections. Easily found on the road and nice waiting area for customers.

Awesome Awesome to deal with! Needed a tow for two blown tires and I travel about an hour to work in the area, they arranged it and got me set up and ready to go with no problems. Prices were fair and his recommendations were straight forward and honest. Cannot recommend DTS highly enough.

Very happy with the work we have had done here. They took a lemon from a dealership in Phillipston and had it straightened out and riding nice in two hours flat. This was after the dealership had it for two weeks.

If you like taking your car to multiple mechanics, paying for things the mechanic broke, and driving an unsafe vehicle, then this is definitely the place for you. They took almost 3 days to do a brake job, forgot to fix my tire then couldnt find anything after another hour of looking. After replacing the brakes they forgot to reset my parking break and wanted almost $300 to fix the pads, after trying to get another $20 just for looking at it to fix THEIR OWN WORK. Went to another mechanic and paid them to finish resetting the parking brake, fix the tire, and replace a headlight, all for $100. NO PADS NEEDED, previous mechanic forgot a step. Never coming here again, not even for the warranty.

Only ever had winter tires taken on or off... Will not be going back because the second time I went they gave me back the wrong tires. We had to buy new ones.

Do not trust them they will try and sell you parts that you do not need tried to tell me I needed new ball joints that where already recently replaced took for a second opinion and the vehicle that was unsafe to drive magically fixed its self. Very untrustworthy will never go back

DO NOT TRUST THEM. About 2.5 years ago I was a student at FPU and was having car trouble. Being from CT I did not know of any reputable mechanics in the area, and this business certainly isn’t one of them. I needed a new alternator and battery for my car and SPECIFICALLY told them NOT to put in an aftermarket battery and to replace the alternator with a new one. About a week ago the same problems came up and I took the car to the authorized dealer that I typically go to in CT. As it turns out the battery was aftermarket and not only did they not replace the alternator, they just rebuilt part of it (the brushes and back section) and charged me for the price of a new one.... basically wasted over $1100 for work that is a “short term solution to a long term problem” as my mechanic said. If I could give them no stars I would.

The owner is wonderful and fit me in last minute for tires. Gave me an honest quote on some future work and was really a pleasure to talk with. I will be going back. They also have a little wait area in case you need your car back the same day.

Excellent service. Went in with a somewhat complicated problem and they helped diagnosis it. Even if it doesnt fix my problem permanently Ill still be taking back if it comes back while its cold out. Though should be minus a star for that Chevy they made me drive.

Great service AND prices!I recently need to pick up for new tires for my Prius. Ive driven by DTS many many times on the way to work, and decided to give them a try. Im glad I did.Tyler was very knowledgeable, and I never once got the impression like I was being sold something I didnt need. He listened to my needs, made some good suggestions, and helped me pick out what was right for me.I am only giving four out of five because the tires I needed were not in stock, but he had them ordered that day and they were ready to be installed the next day.

I will never be going back or recommending this place, for anything. Alignment was completely off, they had to realign. Although they denied doing so, they bent the left and right sides of my skid plate to get to the lower control arm bolts instead of taking off the skid plate. And they didnt even bend it back afterwards leading to the skid plate rubbing up against my tires. Absolutely horrible service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Hell, even WalMart in Gardner wouldnt do something like that.
