We had a great experience with Kale, easy to schedule a meeting with him and he showed us around the showroom and the products as we were shopping for some closet cabinets.His design and follow through were great as well.Our only disappointment was with the lead times for getting the product delivered and installed (will have to wait a while), but given the impact of COVID can understand the same.

Phenomenal customer service! My daughter and I had an appointment to select cabinets, hardware and surfaces for our new construction home. Shawn at Triumph has been extremely helpful throughout my home-building experience. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable about all of the products Triumph offers. He gave my wife and I help with the care and honesty as if he were building his own home. A normally complicated process made easy, all the while being most comfortable. A one stop shop” - for all our trim, hardware, doors, kitchen, flooring, bathroom, and even our glass shower door was selected within 2 visits. Shawn curated a unique set up for each item purchased. Our kitchen countertop required a custom cabinet plan, because we wanted a large pull-out drawer for trash along with a large bank of drawers. It came out better than I imagined! He helped maximize storage, while working with difficultly spaced areas, and all within our budget! The customer service & overall experience ensured my business for life!

Triumph Interiors goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and quality. My boyfriend and I went to the showroom to browse countertops when we were interested in redoing our kitchen and we were immediately greeted, assisted, and given MANY countertop options to browse. The staff was extremely kind and helpful but also didn’t hover over us (allowing us to take all of the time we needed to compare countertops to pictures we had in mind and hold up different hardware pieces to sample cabinets and countertop materials). Upon leaving that day we were given Kale’s contact information and he was ALWAYS available and willing to answer our many questions both inside and outside of the showroom. We ended up choosing a beautiful countertop that was then installed seamlessly into our home.Fast forward 3 months later, I dropped a heavy object on the corner of our countertop and there’s was a small chip. We immediately called Kale at Triumph to see if there was anything that could be done and they were prompt to send guys over to repair this small area of damage. This experience was also seamless, and the men that were sent to do the repair were kind enough to take their work boots off before entering our home (without being asked) out of courtesy. I was also impressed by their efforts to keep my kitchen clean while they worked, and when they left everything was spotless and my countertop looked beautiful again.Overall it seems crazy to be raving this much about an experience with countertops, but working with Triumph interiors really was such a seamless, amazing experience and the countertops and cabinet hardware we bought from them completely brought out kitchen vision alive.

We recently went through Triumph to remodel our kitchen in it’s entirety. We were very pleased with their professionalism and timely manner. We were contacted right away after inquiring details on the process. We worked with Klayton, who was great from start to finish. His design was great, and even when we wanted to swap around a few things he had it done for us quickly. He made the process enjoyable and exciting. Delivery took the expected three-four weeks. Delivery was quick and professional in my home. As we opened up the boxes noticing a deep gash in one side panel, triumph quickly replaced that side for us. We decided to install ourselves and were given detailed blueprints to follow. Counters were installed within a week from cabinet installation. Overall we are thrilled with our new kitchen and very happy with our experience with Triumph.

Triumph Interiors personnel came into my kitchen, took measurements, built the u-shaped countertop surrounding the double sink, and installed the perfectly-fitted countertop, including an extended bar counter. The whole project was very professionally done and looks and works great for me! I am totally pleased and satisfied with Triumphs workmanship!

I have worked with Triumph Interiors twice over the last decade - for new construction and a basement refinish project. I primarily dealt with Kale but even the small interactions with billing and delivery were very professional and timely. I appreciate how Kale took the time to listen to us and offer suggestions based on the style of the house, budget and timing. Too many options can be overwhelming and I am grateful that Kale presented us with a manageable list of options. With our basement project we did a lot of the work ourselves and Kale was very patient with our questions...even the really stupid questions! We had the absolute best experience of our lives at Triumph. We are building our next house and went to Triumph Interiors in Rindge to pick out kitchen cabinets, granite, hardware, bathroom vanity’s, hardwood flooring, and bathroom and laundry room flooring, which was exciting, but can be stressful with two little kids in tow.We walked in to a sign welcoming us by name, cold drinks offered for both us and the kids along with snacks for them, and then the receptionist had coloring set up for the kids and they had a play kitchen for them to play in while we talked with the designer, Kale.We were there for almost two hours and the kids were in heaven the whole time and we didn’t even have to look around and wonder where they were or if they were getting into anything they shouldn’t be. They didn’t want to leave and asked if we could come back next week!Not only was the experience amazing, but Kale was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and detailed. We could see our design drawn on the screen as we made selections to see it all come together.I cannot say enough amazing things about Triumph interiors. They went above and beyond for us today and I HIGHLY recommend them.

A few months later I wanted to make pantry and bench area in a hallway space next to my kitchen.I found a picture on Pinterest and we designed the space to match my kitchen cabinets. I couldn’t be happier. The space is beautiful and very functional. Absolutely love it and have had many compliments on my kitchen and pantry area.
