A great grocery store that has a good selection of both fresh baked goods, and also decent meat selections, including seafood. They restock fairly often and I usually find everything I need whenever I go shopping here.

Hello everyone, I want to share how I feel as q patron of Demoulas yes thats what it was called when I was q young mother in Lowell Massachusetts. The first store that was opened. They dont carry ya mammas authentic Italian sauces a local product Veagan friendly Lower in salt made with natural sea salt

Very good prices here. People working here actually make eye contact with you and can speak, unlike some of the troglodytes they hire down where I live. Does tend to be very crowded in the summer, but you never feel like youre waiting to long because they have plenty of checkout lanes open. Almost always go here when visiting in the summer.

Cheapest when it comes to cigarettes. Other prices for other items seem reasonable. I still double check the fresh veggies and fruit because of the other branches that my family and I have dealt with. But so far this Market Basket seems pretty damn good and love the location!

Need more employees walking around helping customers also the should not have pallets in the aisles. Makes it too hard to shop. And they need to stalk the shelves better

Market Basket is by far the finest grocery store in New England. This location gets a lot of cross border customers that makes it busier than most. Not that all of the locations are not. Prices are the best and worth the drive!

Was hoping to find some beef heart. They might have some. I have no idea, because I couldnt get anybody to answer the bell in the meat department.

A little crowded, but had a fair selection of products. Seemed to have different products than the Salem NH locations

It has always a nice place to shop. Pricing is good for a lot of items. Like anything else, you need to watch what you pay for. Also, there is always a lot of people, but has numerous check out lanes. Overall a nice store and should be used as part of your shopping overall.

Was at the bakery trying to a grinder waited 5min I was there at 10:30 6 employees there not one said any thing to us very rude and they just looked st us we love the food but this I went somewhere else hope some one can fix this

Always a mostly good experience. There are still people refusing to wear masks. And the store does not strictly enforce the policy. Other than that easy shopping and good products.

1st time at this Market basket. Found everything we needed. Wasnt too crowded at the time I went, but it was still a little slow moving at checkout & cigarette counter.

While visiting our son who lives in Jaffrey, we always stop by to do our grocery shopping there. Produce is so fresh and everything is always well stocked, clean and organized. There were a couple of customers not wearing masks, and management didnt seem interested in enforcing the rules.

Used Google pay and it wasnt working and now Im being charged twice for my groceries please please please cancel one of the transactions I used a debit card after but the guy didnt say the other transaction was cancelled or not but like why do I have to deal with this.

Can shop for food wine and beer plus buy cigarettes. Saw. A few staff not wearing vital safety masks properly. A women stocking vegetables had it completely below her chin!!! The mask doesnt work that way!!! I didnt buy vegetables!!!!!

Quick checkout the cashier was very friendly and the employees stocking everywhere were pleasant as well. I hate going to a store where the workers seem unpleasant and not friendly, it really makes a difference on the shopping experience and the atmosphere. This is one of the better market basket locations that I would recommend going to

I usually try to avoid this MB location. Always end up with a rude cashier. Today was no exception.

Love Market Basket but recently bought sushi rice and it was full of cobwebs and weevils.

Pleasent, the guy in the cig box today. idk his name maybe Will but he had worked there a year( all I remember from his name tag). waited for me to acknowledge him with a hello or headnod instead of saying hello to me 15 ft away cuz there was nobody in line. Thank you, called the five ft rule for a reason

A great place for groceries

Love it! So happy they finally came to this area.. very clean store. I love the sit down area. The hot food sections are great as well.. the produce section could have more variety but is very good .. really just happy they are here

Really like Market Basket in New Hampshire in a normal time, however, cant believe how many people there were without masks on. At least 1/3 of the people were shopping without masks. There were an awful lot of people in those little isles. New cases are rising everywhere. Dont think we will be back until the virus is over. Didnt feel very safe.

I come here because of their low prices and good selection, but unfortunately until they start relaxing the restrictions for customers in their store I will be shopping somewhere else.I dont appreciate standing in line twice to do my grocery shopping. Shop regularly here - best prices and great service, the bakery is a gem. Always order my special occasion cakes and let the baker create, I have never been disappointed. Sincerely a very picky person

I shop here regularly. Im happy to see the store expanding with dairy free options. Would like to see a better selection of gluten free bread and wraps. Overall, they pretty much carry everything I need.

Asked an employee (Heather, 29 years) to escort me to the location of a product and to my astonishment she rolled her eyes at me. Before I left, I spoke with the manager about the employees behavior but Im not sure if the manager will reprimand her. Shes been there 29 years treating customers like this. Disappointing.

Great Store

Cheap prices, sometimes hard/impossible to find specific items, especially meats. They do a good job keeping shelves stocked, however. Some of the produce can be less than fresh sometimes. Its always very busy, although thats not necessarily their fault.

Very friendly staff but the store itself is in pretty rough shape. Could really use a remodel and widening of the aisles. Great prices.

Love it, shelves are always stocked, foods always fresh, most of my shop can be done in one trip, associates are more then willing to help.my only gripe is I wish the store had more lanes open on their peak hrs the same with swanzey nh, lanes are always long and to make matters worse you cant even check out at the service desk anymore even if youve just got one thing unless you work there even tho I was told employees arent allowed to check out there but it happens all the time.I should knock my rating down for the inconvenience of having to wait a minimum of 15 minutes or more however I wont because of one thing, just switch normal shopping times and youll be in and out before you know it.

The prices are reasonable, the staff is helpful and friendly. We can get almost anything there. They are starting to get in more and more gluten free items. They still need to work on getting some more vegetarian items. I have a lot of dietary needs in my family, but they are doing a nice job overall.

Great shopping, some values, good quality meat and fresh vegs. Only complaint is they seperate stuff so bagged healthy popcorn is in the candy aisle, while micowave popcorn is in another, and bagged regular popcorn is with the treats aisle.

Market Basket. Period. Its reputation should be well documented. Superior customer service, affordable quality produce and clean facilities. Friendly staff that actually enjoyed their employment. Solid hours that never waver. Closed every major holiday, so that the employees can be with their families. Too much good will that possibly can not be simply covered in a review.

The customer service here is top notch! Theres no club card to sign up for, no crazy BS with their prices (if something is 10 for 10, that actually means $1 each, you dont have to buy 10 to get the deal).Market Basket is one of the best in the grocery business, speaking as both a former employee and long time customer.

Lots of and great variety of inventory in produce, deli, aisles, frozen at the best prices. Love the sushi counter. Freddie rocks. Excellent management, service. I have been shopping at Market Basket for over 53 years! Obviously, it is my supermarket of choice. The prices generally are most competitive. The market is always very clean and organized. They have the food products for which I am partial. The personnel are always friendly and helpful. It is my market because I like everything about it. And, oh yes, its only a mile and a half from home!

We frequent this location its right over the MA NH border in NH so theres no tax when coming over state line from MA. The store isnt the largest but they seem to have everything we need and should expect from this location. The cashiers could do more Hi, did you find everything you need? kind of stuff vs chatting with the cashier across from them or the baggers. But its clean and convenient as well so if you can handle a couple snobby cashiers youll be just fine😉 Good Location.

Got in and out in good time

The store is very close to the Mass boarder, and because of that the parking lot is rather full every time I visit. In addition to that, the aisles are packed most of the time, and even with most registers open the lines are at least 2 or 3 people deep. Looking past the crowd, the store is very clean and well kept. The shelves are always faced off, and the staff are generally in good humor. The deli and meat department are both very professional seeming, and affordable.
