They never have carts available and I always have to go back outside to get one and clean it myself with my own wipes but well stores dont care abt customers anymore 🙂

I went twice today. I did my Halloween shopping and when it was time to check out the young lady was so kind and very helpful. I left and had to go back to return something I had just bought and the people at customer service were quick and very kind. Over all both trips, the employees and store were enjoyable.

Not mine, but a friend off mine. Trouble at Walmart, two days ago, was falsely accused of opening, boxes off toys inside off store,Was detained by store security, and City Police were called. Was barred from Walmart, and has an order too go before a Judge, This man had his 7 yr old son with him, and poor boy got tramatized.Wallmart Starr County. WallMart Rio Grande City

Staff is hard to find to help you with anything

Its Walmart so you can find pretty much anything. The boys section of clothing. People are pretty much always friendly and willing to help. I also like their online app and theres TONS more available there. Food prices are a little pricier in my opinion so I shop at HEB for food and Wal-Mart for everything else. Bathroom cleanliness can vary alot.

Internet went down from 3:20 to 3:45. Renovations happening in electronics. Not the time to be shopping. Wish walmart pay was still a thing.

Good people. Easy. Good prices.EDIT: Changed my original 5 star review to 3 just for the wait time. If you so anything besides a basic oil change, youll probably wait 2 hours+. It seemed to me that the sheer amount of customers they have to attend with their small staff forces them to flush out the easier, faster services first, disregarding order of arrival.Aside that, the attention is good, the services remain worth it for the time sacrifice one makes.Keep in mind that my wait time didnt include the wait in line because this time I was there 7 AM sharp to avoid long lines, I was the first one, yet other people after me were done before I was.

Some items are better bought here than elsewhere. Your homework need be done to get the best bang for your bucks. ☺️

Terrible customer service. Forgot about trying to reach someone on the phone. I spent 30 minutes with my phone ringing and nothing.!!

Had a horrible experience at the Walmart here in Rio Grande! Was told by the cashier to stand behind the line and wait until she was done before moving up to pay. We were the only ones that were being told we had to wait before moving up. She didn’t tell the person in front of us nor did she tell the person that was after us that they needed to wait. No other cashiers were telling customers that the needed to wait behind the line. We felt like she was being racist/ sexist with us since she did not tell anyone else and the other customers happened to be Men. This was very uncalled for and extremely rude of the cashier. Did not get her name but she was working at number eight today 5/16/2020 at 1:25. I even called the store several times to talk to the manager about her behavior, However was only answered once and was placed on hold for several minutes called again several times and never was answered. I do not understand why no one is able to answer the phone but there are several team members working.Very disappointed and upset at the situation.

This mainly goes to the automotive / tire section.Make sure you are very specific on what you want when buying tires, otherwise they will assume you want the full package (valve stem, balancing and warranty).In my case, I only bought tires and the installation is FREE!Ordered 4 tires and got here the next day 👍.Mounting the tires was, Okay!(Word of advise: have someone pick you up when dropping your vehicle, or be prepared to spend 2-3 hours in the store!)The crew was very friendly and informative of whats going on, and even had 2 mechanics make sure the wheels were torqued to spec!🤔 Although, I have my doubts about 1 employee in particular. Tattoos on his arms, bald with an attitude of damn, now I have to stay late!And I quoted him, because he actually said it in front of my face!Overall, i would recommend this store!Has been recently remodeled, and feels like walking into a completely different Wal-Mart. 👏

Even Walmarts in Texas carries some of my favorite items, this Walmart seems to provide adequate items and prices.. though they do sacrifice some items during holiday display season.But, this store, according to Walmart app, does not offer grocery pick up service.

Its ok not as good as other Walmarts in the valley. Some times they have good selections some times they dont.

Overall workers are friendly and somewhat helpful. Not a lot of variety as far as groceries and store seems to be outdated compared to other stores ive seen. Good place for some small time shopping and prices are reasonable.

Not a bad place, cashiers arent ever rude but you can tell when some are bored or socially shy which is no big deal. Some things arent in order 100 % of time but due to customers. Pretty clean and they just got self checkout lanes so much easier to go in a hurry.
