They stole my deposit and will not answer the phone or return phone calls.Ive gone by several times and they refuse to call me back. these people are just thieves.

Very unprofessional!!! I Paid $1600 for a carport. The payment was supposed to cover installation as well, but wanted me to pay a extra $400 for installation when they never said anything about that. I would recommend you go somewhere else, this company are SCAMMERS!!!! save your money.

I was referred to Cover All from a friend who had a few car ports built and installed. I gave them a call and spoke with Shane, he is the owner. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out personally to take a look at my property and was able to build a custom RV storage building for us. I would highly recommend Shane and Cover All for all your metal building needs. They are now working with us on new car ports for our other toys. Great guy, sturdy well built building and quality service!

These guys are legit! They far exceeded all of my expectations. First off, the pricing was very competitive and the material quality and craftsmanship was top notch. The building was expertly installed and looks absolutely fabulous. The team was courteous, prompt and hard working. I mean really hard working. Also their attention to detail and ability to make adjustments on site was extremely impressive. Total was 6 weeks from taking measurements to completed install, and this is during coronavirus craziness.I could not be happier with my structure and would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone looking for any size project.

Had an addition to existing patio build by Cover - All back in 2004. The quality of materials used is remarkable. Shane is professional and pleasant to work with. Our new addition was completed by his installation crew yesterday who did an excellent job. Yes, along with my brother and I; we are repeat customers because of the workmanship of their products and the excellent service. I highly recommend Cover - All Protective Covers to anyone who is shopping around for patio covers, car ports, enclosed structures etc.

Does not show when they say they will. Received used pieces. They arranged for installation and 4 months later it is still only 3/4 installed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered a large carport to cover our boats back in May. We were told it would be installed in between 4 to 6 weeks. We waited 5 weeks and then called then to see how things were coming along and get an update on the install date. It took them several days to get back to us, and when they did they told us a 3rd party company had lost our order. I contacted the third party company and they insured me that it was Coverall that had messed up the order. I left several messages with Coverall and they will not return my call. Finally tomorrow August 13 our carport will be installed. Still no return call or anything from them, only the 3rd party company . I would not recommend Coverall to anyone!!!!

Not sure whats going on with this company. they are so conveniently close and i have a neighbor who has used them in the past and their RV port looks awesome. I have spoken to a woman who works there several months ago and gave her my info but i never got a call back. I emailed without getting an answer. tried calling no answer, left message. texted her and she did respond and apologized and said that they were having some issues at the time. She was supposed to get back to me again, but never heard from her again! Its almost as if they do not want any new business. this was maybe a month ago.I called again today, no answer. left message. emailed but no answertomorrow i am going there and see if they are closed, shut down??

I was looking for a Carport for my classic car. I found Cover All online. They came to my house., took some measurements and built me a custom Carport. I can actually open both doors on my car, just what I was looking for. The guys at Cover All are very knowledgeable. I was able to pick a color to match my house. And put a roll up door on my Carport.... Thanks guys!! I will be referring you to friends and family..

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! Absolutely horrible company. Received a quote for a metal garage that was supposed to take 3 months to complete, it took them almost a year and a half to complete it! Once they get your down payment communication will stop. They won’t answer phone calls or emails. There’s always an excuse on why something has to be pushed back. The worst experience with dealing with a company in my life. Please save yourself some stress and go with a different company.

I wish I had read these reviews first but I used them about 10 years ago and all was good but now STAY AWAY

Hired Cover-All to make my carport on April 13th its may 12th now and I was told it could be 2to3 weeks before its ready. Time keeps ticking by no one has called, so I had to drive to their office to find out whats going on. I would never do Repeat business with them again, and I would never tell any of my friends in the construction industry to use them, their office was sapossed to call me today and failed to do so, I wonder if its too late to just get a Refund and deal with a more professional company.
