I scheduled a COVID Test online for my elderly friend. The scheduled time was 1:30. When she arrived the worker said to her “Can’t you read we don’t do appointments until 1:50” When she showed them her email confirmation they replied “That’s life. We’re eating lunch” Great way to treat our elders…Don’t have available appointments if they’re not going to be honored. Needless to say, I won’t be stepping foot in that place again.

Friendly staff. I find their prices too high on many of the items I buy regularly. Ill continue to buy those items at Wal-Mart.

I forgot my wallet in the car and I asked the cashier Nathen to please hold my item till I come back and he just snatched it from my hands and made an ugly face at me and said nothing. So I just went to a different cashier which was nicer to me.

AVOID Pharmacy employees are rude and ignore you. That being said the store employees are so friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the other staff. Only problem on multiple occasions has been pharmacy staff.

This place lost my info after my first covid vac. and then tried to say I gave them the wrong phone number too. These women in the pharmacy section are not competent and are mostly rude. Go somewhere for your shot.

I had an appointment for a COVID shot but they did not have the Pfizer shot there. They helped me get an appointment at another location on the same day for the shot. Thank you for your help!!!!

The store manager Andy told my 18 year old state champion brother in law from rio Linda HS he wouldn’t hire him because he wore his Black Death defense sweatshirt that him and the boys at rio Linda HS worked so hard for that his sweatshirt wasn’t what the company was interested in representing. Kid is struggling to find work and make something of himself staying out of trouble and thats why he wore that sweater because it was in rio Linda thinking it would help his chances. That they are focused on health and wellness instead of Black Death. Knowing it was for a football championship. Trying to get a job and work and that man said it wasn’t appropriate to wear. Rio Linda is a tight community and they obviously don’t care to focus on that aspect. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

So one day I walked in to get some paper towels and probably a soda idk but right when I walked in the lady on the register whispered to her co worker and said “I think that’s the guy” right after she said aren’t you the guy who tried to steal from us. I was really confused cause that was my 3rd time coming there and I was like “huh???” I started to panic (not really) but I didn’t know how to react so I just kept my business, and while I was walking to the aisles they were stalking me, finally found what I was lookin for and once I paid they were like “oh never mind you’re not the guy” didn’t know if that was a compliment so i said “thank you”, otherwise that ima go in to the detail. So rite aid *grunts throat* your prices are little high, ur customer service is a little idk oKay I guess, and the only best thing is your guy’s ice cream is the BOMB

Beware of this store...Rio Linda Rite Aid is charging full price for Corona Premier saying the sale is only for regular Corona???? Either they are trying to rip people off or not that bright! Corporate has been notified.

I was treated like a criminal from the moment i walked in and was stalked by there creepy security guard the second i walked in the store.

Opened two days ago, very clean and large. Small parking lot but features horse parking for all the Rio Linda folk
