Michaels did an excellent job of framing my poster of a painting. Also, the matting was excellent!

The staff was a little pushy, I was asked if I was doing okay by the same person 4 times. Other than that they have a great assortment of crafting and hobbies.

Very clean place, currently they have a lot of sales which were nice since most of everything there is expensive. Look for the stickers, aone if the sales stuff is marked there rather than placed among other clearance, which is fine too. Pretty cool store! However I didnt see many employees on the floor, maybe just two, but for a big shop it would be nice to have someone to get help from without having to find a needle in a haystack.

The store and staff are great but their internet department is hot garbage, do not use the pickup in store option. Would have been quicker and cheaper to use Amazon Prime or less time consuming to Use Hobby Lobby. Promised same day pickup, but since they use a 3rd party, money has been debited from account and order not found. Should have just driven to the store and picked it up in the first place.

Bought a fake tree for my daughter. Great buy $25.00. While it may be only 4 its pre-lite, & comes with a stand. Its is perfect.

Love having this Michaels so close to Bernalillo and northern Rio Rancho for craft and cake decorating supplies. Only wish there were not so many restrictions on their coupons.

Totally bites that you have to sign up for a reward card to a site that wont let you set up your account because someone else is using your phone number.

Went to the Enchanted hills store for my first time. It was clean, bright and maybe just a bit bigger than Cottonwood corners store, but it really wasnt any better stocked. I have a problem in that many of the items that are listed in the website are in store only items, but our local stores never get them. It is discouraging to me to see new scrapbook paper pads listed that can not be ordered on line and that are never delivered locally, or even elsewhere in New Mexico and Colorado.

What a great place to get anything you need to add toa home or make something special.

Staff is friendly. I wish the staff that helped with the craft days for kids was a bit more knowledgeable. She didnt know anything about what we were doing. It was like she grabbed item off the shelf and read the diemrections in front of usfor the first time.

Literally the worst customer service. The girl didnt know how to scan a coupon so went ahead and charged me anyways and then said it could not print a reciept so I asked for the manager to come over and she said she refused to refund me because I didnt have proof that I paid that price and needed the discount even though I hadnt even left the counter yet.
