I have a homemade camping trailer. I was looking to upgrade the tires. Turns out it was a little more difficult then expected. Tyler never gave up. After a few failed attempts he was finally able to find the perfect tire for my camper!! Thank you Tyler! I appreciate you going above and beyond!

It was that time and several vehicles needed new tires. I have several vehicles, one which is more performance oriented and a daily driver. We decided to get the performance tires taken care of first as that was going to be the biggest wallet dinger. We went in ordered the tires, and was given a 3 day quote for them to come in. I got a screaming deal on some tires and gave them a deposit to order the tires.2 weeks later the tires still hadnt come in. Their staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout this time, tracking down what was going on and working through issues with their distributor/warehouse. I spoke with their manager about the situation and he was incredibly helpful and was very understanding. Again, no fault on the employees at the location, as they were all very friendly and worked hard to get me updates on the situation.This is the only time I have ever had an issue coming to this location, and will go back again. Extremely professional and honest group. Great staff! Have used this location several times before, and drove across town specifically because their service was on point. Thanks again, and will see you next time!

They did a good job, once they got the truck in. I was told max of two hours, it took about 2.5. They do good work, but sometimes the wait is very long.

Awesome customer service!!! They warrantied a tire for me that Firestone sold me, and refused to warranty. I bought all 4 new tires from them.

Took tire to get serviced Saturday and within two hours tire was flat again. But they are closed on sundays. They rushed the job and put a hideous dice valve cap instead of leaving the original. By 5 they called several times just to say “I hope you’re on your way” I do not recommend this location especially if you have bad luck and happen to need them after 3 all they care about is getting off. A brand new tire should not have lost air within two hours. And now it’s Sunday they are closed nothing can be done.

These folks were honest and willing to go out of their way to help me out last minute. They also have a very good coverage policy on their tires. If one gets damaged, it gets replaced no questions asked. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Pros: great warranty, they offer appointments.Cons: Communication in the store is not as expected, documentation shared with me indicated that newer tires should be on the back of the car. The new tire was put on the front of the car. I was told the car would be completed within 25 minutes. An hour later and, receiving no text notification, my car was complete and I was not made aware. When I got in the car, the indicator light was on - the tires are not adequately inflated, or the sensor did not reset.I found this disappointing and frustrating: the purpose of an appt. is to streamline your experience. I will have to return to the store to address issues that were not addressed during the scheduled appt. I called the store and received a robust apology - this does not change the experience I had and leaves me feeling disappointed and uncertain I can rely on this business.

They are a fast (with appointment) place to get tires. They arent as expensive as other places and their warranties are usually worth it.

Went in for two front tires, left with a very satisfying discounted full set instead. And Ill be back again. These guys are GREAT!! Very communicative throughout, friendly, very hospitable, trustworthy, & impressively FAST! My wife swears by them, & now, so do I. I wont go anywhere else in future. An EASY ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brought a tire in for repair and after repairing the tire it still leaked. Upon returning they made no effort to try and remedy the situation other than they will get to it within the next couple of hours. Moving forward I will skip going to this location and go out of my way to use a store that is more professional in manner and takes cares for the customer when mistakes are made

Needed a puncture on one of my tires repaired. Even with Vivid, was able to drop off tire and had it repaired and returned later the same day. No charge. Although I dont drive as much since retirement they will always be my go to shop. Ive never had them try and upsell me with multiple unnecessary repairs or services either like Ive experienced at other shops.

This is my favorite discount tire to go to because there is plenty of parking room and tasty restaurants nearby. If you go first thing in the morning they can take care of you very quickly

This Discount Tire location ROCKS! I had my tires balanced and rotated at this location on a Saturday and by Tuesday morning, one of my tires was as FLAT as a pancake and another one was losing air – I panicked! I called them asking what they did to my tires and they told me to bring my truck back in and they’d take a look at it. Turns out, all I had were two loose valve stem cores and it took ‘em 30-seconds to tighten em and refill my tires! That’s all it was – a loose valve stem core. Whew – I was sooo happy! I thought my new 35” tires were faulty and I’d have to buy new ones (they’re not cheap). To top it off, the kid who helped me out GAVE me the tool he used to tighten my valve stems. Thanks, Discount Tire!

Had all 4 tires replaced, 2 weeks later had a blow out then had a blow out. Took over a week to get a warranty tire. Its sad to say, I feel I should be more upset, but they placed another tire same size and rate load so I could use the until my new warranty tire came in. I am very pleased with the service provided. Was having second thoughts, but the general manager changed my mind.

I was right there at the counter, they just kept walking by.i understand they were busy, steady.he answered the phone and then addressed me.i said I was there to buy 4 new tires, then he was interested I dont no if they think I was poor but, no acknowledged ment... that was the bad part....I Seen them being cordial with people, that was nice. ....but the simple fact is thet ignored me... thats the worst!!!!!!! Not sure if they were busy.. but I have had better customer service.. Could be Covid constraints too. I have purchase sets of tires from store before. always great customer services. Went in to get my mothers tires serviced, pretty simple job, also asked for quote on tires. Got the tires serviced after 15 minutes, never got quote on tires. Felt rushed to get in and out.. I understand, tire service big deal.. I usually do it my self.. but I needed to check new tires for another car too so...

They are always so nice and helpful! Its certainly a bonus theyre located very close to where I live but Id drive across town if needed! Ive never had a less than stellar experience.

I made an appt., checked-in 15 minutes before my assigned appt. time, waited in the car as directed and an hour later.....I received a text that stated my (Roses) car was finished and ready for pick up. The problem was.....I was still waiting to drive my car into the bay for service and my name isnt Rose. I went inside and tried to get an employee to help me. They walked by me and ignored my efforts to get their attention. I phoned them and the employee said that there mustve been a mix up. I received another text stating that my (Lizs) car was ready for pick up. My name isnt Liz and my car was still in the parking lot, waiting to be serviced. A tech came out of the bay and walked towards my car, after an hour of waiting. I walked to my car and heard the other service techs mocking me by saying, I have been waiting for someone to help me. The employees are rude and condenscending and the service is unprofessional.

Joey was extremely helpful and nice. I had a bunch of loose lugnuts on one of my tires, he figured it out right away and he knocked it out in 10 minutes. Totally coming back here in the future because of him.

Made an appointment online...checked in 10 minutes early...Alex helped us inspect tires on car...confirmed dry rot (this was our 2nd opinion). Alex was super personable and helpful and we came away with 4 new tires in 40 minutes. Weve gone to this business many times over the past years and they have always repaired and patched our tires for free. One time I asked them why they do it. They said that they hoped when we finally needed new tires that we would come back to them. Good business model, highly organized and efficiently-run store and tire shop. We did come back to get our new tires from them and we are happy about it!

Being a typical teenager....she took it to a Jiffy Lube where she was charged $40 just to put a patch on it!!! They wanted another $40 to take nail out. I immediately called Discount Tires on Unser Blvd & spoke w/ the most helpful person.....Robert!! These guys are awesome! They couldnt fix my tire due to the location of the nail which is understandable. They had to pick up my tire from a different store because they didnt have it in stock. Understandable as well. Since I couldnt wait or go back later in the afternoon, they told me to come in the morning and they would have the tire ready for me. I showed up right when they opened and they did! They knew who I was the moment I walked in, took my truck in and swapped the tire in less than 15 minutes. Great service and awesome crew! Thank you!
