I had an amazing experience at Storquest. Mr. Paredes (I’m hoping I’m mentioning the right gentleman that helped me!) at the Ripon location. He couldn’t have been more helpful! I was in, shown a unit and fully signed up in less then 20 minutes. So happy it was such an easy task! He was through, quick and friendly. Made sure I knew how to use the gate and gate code before I left, and even explained how to enter and exit. I’m glad after searching for a storage for almost a month 😓 I stumbled upon Storquest! We helped mom downsize over 2 years ago. StorQuest helped us with the transition, finding the right size unit for moms needs. Weve never had problems there with pests, dampness or water leaks. As our needs changed they were kind and helpful. Mom and I highly recommend this service.

From when I made the call customer service was quick to answer all my questions and reserved a unit for me. When I walked in the office Judy was very welcoming made sure I was happy with the unit I reserved before I payed for it and showed me a couple of options. I highly recommend StorQuest I was in need of a unit quickly not only were they able to accommodate my needs but Judy treated me with kindness and understanding through a difficult time. She was always readily available for any and all questions I had. The entire process was absolutely seem less from the moving truck I was able to use to Judy graciously willing and able to find me a bigger unit, even when after only 30 days I cancelled and moved all my belongings out the staff was still positive, helpful, and kind. Should I ever need a storage unit again I would only go to StorQuest.

Got a quote online n went to see the storage unit. As I entered I was greeted by both ladies behind the desk big smiles n warm handshake! I was shown the unit, and asked if I had any questions, she was eager to make me feel welcomed! Which she absolutely did!!! We did the paper work n they explained everything, ie. rules, open times closing times, pymts, just everything u could imagine! I left there feeling very secure about storing our things there! The hours were wrong on the website and when I made a reservation and brought my stuff to put in storage they were closed. I called and I wouldnt have been mad but the person that picked up the phone was really rude. He told me the hours were clearly correct on the website and he was very snappy about it. So I asked why it let me reserve the online if they are closed for the day, he told me that it would let me but I would have had to come in on a day where they were open to do the paper work first. The explanation was fine but the attitude of the employee was highly unacceptable. I told him because of his attitude I will just cancel my reservation and take my business elsewhere. He then said whatever. Why dont you just come back tomorrow while we are open? I then just told him to cancel my reservation for the second time and hung up. I will not do business nor would I recommend this place to anyone unless they changed their employee. His attitude cost them over $100 a month from me.

Storquest Ripon on Milgeo was perfect for what I needed at the time. Their rates are very reasonable and Judy was always so helpful with everything and an amazing manager. Highly recommend!

We made a reservation in Friday for a storage unit. The representative called us back on Saturday to confirm and go over the details, but failed to tell us the facility office was closed on Sunday. Sp we showed up Sunday with a truck loaded and we couldnt get in because our account wasnt complete. The onsite manager (Judy) came out to tell us the office was closed and we would have to come back Monday. We told her our story and she offered to help us finish setting up our account so we could access the storage and off load our goods. A great big THANK YOU goes out to Judy the onsite manager of the Ripon facility.
