Horrified!! The manager chavis asked me to leave the store which I did...I have written a letter to cvs corporate.Unbelievable this happens in this day and age after being a loyal cvs customerNot sure if this is a racist or hate incident but I am taking it to next level

We had to take a passport picture really quick for our 19-month old baby. Could not have met a better person than Javier to help us as he kindly re-took pictures over and over again until it printed good enough. Thank you, again, Javier for your help and all.

Pharmacy is very quick. Lines do occur at the cash wrap, esp in the front, but the staff generally tries to take care of it quickly. For a new store, it does look like the older CVS stores, but its still clean, and has the stuff that one needs.

The pharmacy staff is always great. They take the time to answer any questions you have and make good recommendations for alternative options. The cashiers are hit or miss.

The product on the shelf was clearly marked spend $10 and receive $2 extra reward bucks. When I didnt get the coupon for the extra reward bucks, I questioned the cashier (who wasnt wearing a name tag). She shrugged her shoulders and toldme if it doesnt come out of the register, I dont get it. Thats just wrong.

1. On one order they tried to palm the patent version off on me rather than the generic. I went to Costco and saved $1502. Twice I have to call my doctors office for a refill because they say they cant get an answer3. They were unable to figure out how to process an order with a GoodRx couponEveryone in the store is uber helpful and nice but pharma leaves much to be desired

Picture Kiosk3 times I came here to print 1 photo. All 3 times the kiosk would not connect. I honestly dont even know why I kept trying. When I asked if there was someone working that can help with the machine, they told me no. So thats convenient. CVS at the Bergen Mall has the same kiosk but it works! Plus our only Cava is walking distance. So go there.

The associates on the floor and at the front counter are good. The pharmacy telephone line is a problem You might not get your call picked-up or you can wait for as long as 20-30 minutes on hold. Has happened numerous times.

They are no longer filling prescriptions for CHRONIC intractable pain. Ive been a customer for over 8 years with the same doctor who Ive had for my whole life. They refused EVERYONE who was coming in. No pain medication fills because apparently CVS is making some sort of stand against an epidemic that affects every single person prescribed these medications, regardless of diagnosis. To them, a chronic, intractable pain patient is an ADDICT, a cancer patient is an ADDICT, disabled people with failed surgeries and multiple failed procedures are seen as ADDICTS, even war veterans with chronic dibilitating pain are ADDICTS. Doesnt matter who it is, (YOUR KIND ARE NO LONGER SERVED HERE)Its a sad shameful act when a corporate decision is made that completely misinterprets a CDC guideline (WHICH THE CDC HAS STRESSED IS BEING GROSSLY MISINTERPRETED) and others like them to cut off patients without warning or even a choice to reduce dosages or a referral to a pharmacy that will help you. No wonder the company has been fined by the government for over half a million dollars for pharmacy related issues. This company needs to be reevaluated from the top to the bottom and let DOCTORS weigh in on their health care choices for the patients theyve seen for over a decade before turning away people who need to work hard and cant put the effort they used to in because theyre now going through horrible pain and other problems associated with abruptly removing a medication from someones regimen.Less than no stars, why even rate a company like this with a positive shape. You get negative 15 RED STOP SIGNS. Dont bother going in if you require the pharmacy, even from a well respected doctor.

Pharmacy is a little lacking. The rest of the store is usually well stocked. With decent staff. I feel like they tore down the old CVS and reused all the matetrials like the carpet and shelving. Not super clean

I have typically been pleased with this store, but today I witnessed something that was just WRONG... as I waited in line, 2 young boys (probably ages 9-12) were trying to purchase a few items. As the cashier rang one clearance 4th of July item as $2.00, the younger boy politely questioned it and said the sign said 90% off. The cashier said thats not what my register says so I cant do anything else. It was $6.99, now its $2.00. The cashier continued to say... this is the sale price, its really cheap, its only $2.00 - what more do you want, kid? (or words to that effect). The young boy was so sweet and was not at all confrontational, but it was clear that he knew the math. This continued a couple of times. I piped in and said but $2.00 is NOT 90%! I told the boys they should ask for the cashier to call the manager. Only then did she ask them if they wanted her to call the manager. They timidly said no. But I told her that she could/should certainly override that sale price since that is what the sign said, and if she couldnt do it personally, she should call the manager. They boys still said no, and they reluctantly left the store without the items. However, while I was still shopping, I saw the youngest boy return with this mother. I think they purchased the item at 90% off. :) I think this should be a teachable moment for CVS management and their employees! Please dont take advantage of your customers, especially when theyre young and defenseless. And a note to customers... stand your ground when you know youre right!

Better than most cvs locations, staff are friendly and courteous. You have to deal with cvs’ crazy marked up prices.

I was just at this branch in Kinderkamack. The lady at the front is the ideal worker. I asked her if I could use their toilet & she asked me to ask the staff from the pharmacy. Experienced? AWEFUL! That pharm tech told me to hold just a minute then in a few seconds she told me: I AM BUSY I CANNOT HELP YOU! OMG! I almost had an accident, I was dying to use the toilet but she told me that she was busy! What kind of employee you got in this branch, she has no manners, what if it is an elderly lady? I love CVS especially this branch coz they open early but Sir Manager, pls educate this lady, she cannot treat customers like this.
