This FedEx location lost my package Yeezy Boost, someone took off sneaker and repack. Be careful when you ship it.

This FedEx ship store is located in the New Bridge Landing strip mall in River Edge. Convenient parking with close by handicapspots. They are Covid aware with masks required and 6 spacing markers. Busy, but the service is efficient and quick.

Customer service here is great. Fast and efficient.I was able to print my shipping label at the store at no extra charge.Tanecia was very helpful and reassured me my package will arrive safely with the box she chose. FedEx really lives up to their saying “Let the pros pack and ship it”.

Great location with a very high level of customer service. Very professional and courteous. Tanecia has been very helpful. Shipping boxes for a move, and theyve certainly helped to make things go smoothly.

The clerk was no question very nice and helpful. My complaints is that I sent a package (medicine) to the Philippines for my father worth 1$, paid for $110 for shipping and tax. It was already delayed for 2 days of its supposed to be delivery date and when it got there, the delivery person would not release the package unless my fathers pays for local delivery charges 576.80 pesos (about $11 here). Why is there double charge? I called FedEx customer service and was only told to call the delivery office and ask question there! Delivery office has thousands of reasons from delivery charges to taxes!!!

This was my first experience with this particular FedEx store in River Edge and I could not be more impressed and pleased with the customer service. The staff is super friendly, helpful and competent.I brought in a rather large, heavy and unwieldy package. Due to the size, I asked the staff if they would pack it up for me. Austin and Aaronh could not have been nicer and more patient. Austin provided all shipping options and prices in advance. When I showed up with my rather large item, Aaronh cheerfully and quickly packed it up without any problems.

Waited more than 10 minutes to receive a receipt for a prepaid mailing label after ultra slow representative helped exactly one customer. Alexis threatened not to serve me when I complained about the wait times. Since when does Fedex refuse to provide a tracking number to customers because they dare to complain about the service? surely this is not official FedEx policy
