Buying a car that they built and swapped around 7 months ago, and these guys have taken time out of their schedule to answer questions, etc. Very knowledgeable and they have an obvious pride in their work-- which is what you want as a customer! This place is great!

After being told how much I needed to pay BMW in baton rouge someone referred me to Logan and when I say I would never take my BMW no where else...good quality work and very knowledgeable for less....who cars about the building...customer service is great and I dont have to wait all day...I drive an hour to get there just to get quality work....I Love them and would recommend everyone to them.....Ive been there over 5 xs within 3 months

DO NOT USE THE BIMMERSHOP. Logan had our car for over 4 months and continually made false promises that the car would be ready week after week, excuse after excuse. His extremely rude employee Oakley informed me that they simply did not have the time to get around to looking at it two months ago but Logan called and promised that it would be resolved. We got a call this week that Logan was simply giving up and to come get the car. NEVER AGAIN! SPARE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!

I have dropped off my BMW to get the water pump changed. After 3 weeks, they havent even touched the car yet. They might be good mechanics but very bad business skills. Do not take your car there.

Great service and very honest people

Brought my car in to get get one thing fixed and left with another problem. I was told they could try a simple fix for $100 and if that didnt work it would cost $2100 to fix it. I decided to try fix it myself, the problem was they put the wrong sylonoid cap on the wrong one. at this point Im questioning whether this was done on purpose to make more money off of me or was it a mistake. either way you look at it, if they noticed my car was running differently before I brought it in, they should have checked their work. Not going to take another chance with this shop

I found what I was looking for. A good knowledgeable and honest workshop to work on my Bimmer . Oakley and Logan are specialists in bimmers . They did everything they could to fix the problems and even gave me a insight of works needed to be done at a later date . The cost was good and he explained to me what he was doing and what he had done for the price . I m not going to any other shop other than bimmershop . they took good care of my baby . I will definitely be going here to program my Bimmer for other things . A place to go only for BMW owners.

Great customer service

I rated these guys earlier as one star. Ive since talked with Logan in hopes that he will find and correct whatever is making the car run hot. Previously he repaired a blown head gasket which was due to the overheating. We have had the car 2 years now and have driven it less than 1000 miles to date due to the constant overheating and fuel related issues. Aside from that, Logan is a good kid who means well and always is professional when dealing wirh me. Today one of the water hoses burst. After a misunderstanding about when I could have the car serviced, I submitted previous one star rating. As a licensed contractor I understand how reviews affect business which is why I am rescinding my original review.

Anytime one of my BMWs decides to act up on me theres only one place I take them. Logan wheeler and the rest of the staff at Bimmerwerks make me feel like family and take really good care of me. Bimmerwerks is the only place I recommend anyone to go to get their Bmw/mini worked on. Seriously thanks you guys for always taking care of me.

Been going to Bimmerwerks for a few years now and Ive never really had any complaints. Theyve always fixed my cars for a fraction of the price the local dealer would charge. Doesnt matter if you need regular maintenance or your looking to completely modify your car logan and the guys WILL take care of you. They get the job done right and they get it right the first time. Theyre a family business so you may need to practice a little patience but the slightly longer wait is totally worth it because you will never find a shop that will give you the quality work Bimmerwerks gives for a fraction of what you would pay elsewhere. Unless someone completely insane happens I will always bring my Bmws to Bimmerwerks.

Wish I had never bought my car to them. Trouble shooting knowledge is non existant. Constantly dealing with the same problem which they were suppose to fix. Logan is the worst mechanic I have ever seen.

I brought my 2006 650i bmw to bimmer works..i was so disappointed.got my car towed there because my transmission fault light came on..and my car wasnt shifting rite..it took them 2 days to look at it to tell me i need a transmission..it was hard for me to beleive that..very hard to talk to a machanic. So finally after kept calling to talk to the mechanic he answered..told me i needed another transmission.and he will help me find one..decide to get a second opion .got ot told there found out it was just low on transmissionftron..they add it and ot been goodEvery since
