This is the fourth time Ive gotten a drink like this from this location. I got the new brown sugar oats drink. It tastes like soap, as if its all cold brew and its overpowering whatever flavor its supposed to be. I had to take it home and add to it, really?

I’ve been to this location several times, and it’s by far the worst service I’ve had of any of the locations. Recently I went and ordered a small coffee, and they charged me $3.00 as my total. I usually get this and it’s 2.25 with tax. I asked the cashier if the price of the small coffee changed, and she said. I have no idea. And that was it. I called another location and asked the price and they said it was $1.95 before tax. So they overcharged me and didn’t care to look into after I noticed that. They also are not friendly at all. I asked for just a little room for cream, and as always at this location, they give way too much room for cream, shorting me on the amount of coffee. This location is so bad, it’s not even worth stopping at

The lady Dianne or (Dianna) is the sweetest lady ever and was the the best worker ever at Starbucks! I just want to say thank you for making our day just a little bit brighter and putting a smile on our faces and i hope we did the same

To the young lady working tonight:January 29,2020 @ around 7pm.I just want to say thank you so much for my drinks and being so kind to me, even tho you made me the wrong thing and I questions it, you still let me keep it and proceeded to give me the correct one. I have been very depressed and down today and your small act of kindness really put a smile on my face.I want to apologize,I did not have cash on me as I did not think I was stopping before going home, so I did not tip. Next time I see you expect a nice one,I live close and will be visiting very often now that you have showed me my new favorite drink!!!! Friendly drive through experience.

I usually love coming to this location, but today I had the worst experience. I went through the drive thru this morning, and I received my order correctly and promptly, but the girl at the window, Domonique, was extremely rude. She had an attitude while giving me my drink and rolled her eyes at the employee next to her. I work in the service industry, and I personally feel that this isn’t acceptable. This location is better than that.

I order thru Uber eats and they always bring my food well wrapped and sealed I got 2 coffees this morning and pumpkin spice latte vinti was half full I took a picture and I’m outraged I paid 20.00 for 2 coffees and 1 was half full and looked like they gave me one someone else was drinking on I gave them a chance one more time they messed it up now no more loss this customer for life

Love this location! The people there are so personable and patient, even during happy hour! I honestly cant say the same about other locations that Ive been to, so Ill literally drive out of my way to go to this one.

It was a satisfactory experience. The staff was very courteous and friendly. It took quite a while to fill my order; I saw at least 3 cars move through the drive through before my Chai Tea was delivered. The tea was hot, not as strong as Id hoped but was good. A small venue but comfortably appointed.

I go here often to study, they are always really nice with excellent customer service. They even made me a custom drink that was easier to drink and sip since I couldnt use a straw after surgery.

Clean and semi-efficient

Quiet, away from heavy tourist or student traffic, great for reading or computer work.

The coffee was very good .The service was slow. It Looked like they were under staffed. The barista was moving very fast but she was deal with the drive thru plus the lobby. She just was overwhelmed.

I have often received ok service here. However this is the second time Ive noticed that no matter how fast theyre working, they manage to give me sloppy drippy coffee cups and torn paper bags. Whereas all the ones before and after me where neat.

FANTASTIC customer service and food

Worst customer service at any Starbucks I have ever been to. Three times in the last two months a friend and I have gone there in the evening. Every single time the experience has been horrible with unfriendly workers except for one gentleman that was nice. I have gone back because its convenient, but will no longer be giving them my business. Very dissappointing!!!!!

My wife loves their frozen coffee but the drive thru is rediculous at times with mutaully rediculous lines inside. Cant blame Starbucks for that, guess their coffee speaks for itself. Nice friendly employees and good service considering how packed it can get during a rush. Great job!
