Went in on more than one occasion and each time I had a different worker I tried to get assistance from. Each person I have encountered at this store is extremely rude and only one was actually helpful but still rude. Never going back here.

The owner and help,are awesome. Its a place to go to that they can help you right away with friendly attitude. I would go there befor Lowe,s or Home Depot.

Went to find a particular screw for a office chair that was bought from Walmart, one of the screws would not catch. Had to get a longer screw. They were so nice, found exactly the size I needed. The staff was courteous and professional. I highly recommend if you are looking for personal attention and help with any DIY, go there. They will help with a friendly smile.

This is the ONLY hardware store that carries a full range of SCREEN SPLINE. Neither LOWES,HD, TRUE VALUE, nor ACE do so. The staff is courteous. However, the candy bars are WAY expensive.Daniel GroffCPO. USN, RET

This is the old style hardware store that every neighborhood deserves. They will gladly answer any questions or tell you where to find the answer. Very friendly people.

I have been using this hardware store for unique screws bolts and other hardware items for quite a while. I have never been unable to find an item I needed. The help there is for the most part is great! It takes some getting used to the folks there and while I have seen other comments about the clerk who I also believe to be one of the owners she works every day of the week from open to close! As far as returning an item I have not had an issue I must say though it’s been only once or twice in all my visits to need to return anything and once I just exchanged an item (some screws) for the correct size no problems no questions asked.In short support local business like this one cause one day they may not be there. Take time to get to know the people they are not just random workers they are also members of the community. You can’t find this in a Home Depot etc anywhere!

I drive past one hardware store and two big box stores to get to river ridge hardware store.I do not live in close vicinity of this store compared to most of the customers but I do come..Why because of the well stocked inventory,knowledge of projects,quick and quality service of the entire staff and a always a hello how are you doing and its real ..thank you Elaine,Paul and crew....ps thanks for always having my size a/c filter! 14x30.

I refused to spend too more much energy commenting about this store other than just express, as Short Dog posted: The lady cashier (Elein) is extremely rude and dismissive about returns (I had just bought the wrong size of Duracell batteries -forget if she would replace them for the right size. She was extremely rude and dismissive). Even when I showed patience. Never again I go there.No stars from me. Apparently, it is a good store ONLY for those who live around the area and know each other.

True mom an pops old fashoned hardware with some hard to find items. I found some of the plumbing parts I needed and actually paid less than I would have had I gone to a Lores or Home Deport. Nice when the owners are behind the counter to help you ger what you need. Sadly one of a few hardware stores left like this one.

Best place for all your needs. Professional help been there at least 50 years. They got from heaters to Plumbing flea sprays fishing nets locks door locks everything cheap is cheapest Home Depot Walmart got everything. In and out is my favorite. You cant beat this place for anything you need as far as Hardware. Been going there since Ive been a kid.

This Ace Hardware Store is operated by the friendliest and most knowledgeable people. Anything you could possibly need, they have. Prices are comprable to Home Depot and Lowes, but with the added advantage that you can buy 1 screw instead of a hundred. They will find the right products for your project or repair. This is my go-to hardware store.

The amount of stuff packed I to this little place is amazing. Theyve managed to get all the odds and ends that you would need without having to travel to Home Depot or Lowes. The lady who assisted me appeared to have the store memorized like you would your home. This was my first time here and trust Ill be back. Hardware stores beat the big box stores every day on service and that where this Ace shines. Stop by if in the area, its worth it.

Im not very familiar with this hardware store, but from my experience most of the Ace True Value stores Ive been to have been pleasant. This particular location left a bad taste in my mouth bc of the cashier. She wasnt friendly at all. She couldnt even answer the simplest of questions.

Do yourself a favor and go to another location.With my job, I make a lot of keys. In fact, I go into an Ace at least once a week just for that purpose. This is the only store where Ive ever had issues with the keys made not working and being unable to exchange them for ones that do.When I went today to get a couple of keys corrected, the woman behind the counter kept on arguing with me about them not guaranteeing their work. I said that I only go to Ace to get keys made and your location has been the only one where this is an issue. She told me to take my business to one of those Aces then.So I did and will never step foot into this Ace location again. And Im now helping them out by passing along her invaluable advice.
