Great service. Everyone that works there is really nice and super helpful. The doctor took plenty of time and made sure all questions were answered. The technicians were great and it was so helpful that they took the time to determine what was covered by my insurance and helped me pick out glasses that were within those perameters. No pressure on overselling as my experience has been in other places. I would highly recommend this office.

They have always been very helpful, yesterday my granddaughter who is 4 had her first appointment, they were great with her especially picking out frames that would work best. Thank you

The staff was very nice & fast getting us in to our appointment. I liked the doctor & how she explained everything to me thoroughly about my exam. Overall the staff and doctor treated me with nothing but respect & I was very happy. The staff were very patient & so family oriented!

Awful and judgmental customer service staff. FYI if you are a divorced family, do not go here. The has always been rude to me and has made me feel like some deadbeat parent, even though the kids are double covered. This is why you dont go to the eye doctor that your ex-husbands wife recommends. The staff act like they know my entire life and apparently my marriage. I WILL NEVER LET MY KIDS GO BACK THERE, I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANY BUSSINESS OR A GOOD REVIEW.

The staff is absolutely incredible. They are extremely helpful and friendly. From scheduling, exams, and assistance with getting the perfect pair of glasses or contacts, Riverbank Optometric is the best. They have an outstanding selection of glasses to choose from. I trust them with my daughters vision because they earned that trust. You will love it there.

Good experience, nice dr & staff.

Very professional, they treat you as if theyve known you all your life! They dont rush you, you dont have to sit in the waiting room for a long time, they will show as many pairs of glasses as you want to look at, especially the ones you can afford, and they dont try to sell you anything you dont need!
