OUTSTANDING!!Phalla, helped me move in a out of the storage unit and provided great service. The place is very clean and tidy. The prices are really the best around.I was there for about one year before moving to the bay area, and have to say- I was very pleased with service and online account to handle billing.

WORST EXPERIENCE -RAT INFESTATION -I dont ever leave reviews on places but i need to share what happened here. I stored here for over a year and moved to central coast. The cost was cheaper than others wich was a plus but when i came to get my things rats destroyed everything. My couches were covered but rats still managed to poop n pee all over them my washer and dryer all the hoses n wires chewed threw my matress chewed threw and poop all over. I had a 4bd house worth of things in there. Everything was ruined. I had no kind of food in my unit there shouldnt have been any kind of rats. I was told when first getting the unit that they put bait out so i wouldnt have to worry about rats. So after spending more than 1500 on storage and insurance for over a year i had to rebuy everything that was in there because insurance doesnt cover rats. I TOOK A BIG LOSS USING EXTRA SPACE STORAGE

Clean well kept place, but rent has tripled in 3 years, and goes up every few months, after they lure you in with a low permanent rate.

They raise rent 2 * 2 3 times a year mandatory to have insurance theyre more worried about money than the tenants been there for over 4 years not happy
