I came in because my phone was acting up not knowing it was time for an upgrade. hector helped me pick the perfect phone for my usage and Im loving my new phone

I wouldnt give any stars if it were possible! I went to this location yesterday to upgrade a phone on my account and Liz was more focused on her own personal cellphone than assisting me or anyone else that came to the store. She took payment for updating a phone without even checking to see if the phone could be used on this network and was super quick to tell me after she took my money that the phone would not work and that the payment was non-refundable. Not only did she not activate my new phone but would not assist me in switching my number back to the previous phone that was on the account without trying to charge me another 20.58. I have beem without the use of one of my lines for an entire day. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had with Metro and is the worst location Ive visited. Please get more reliable and knowledgable help at this location as soon as possible!

My whole family has metro but my husband and myself have been with metro from day 1 soooooooo with that being said, they would have to go out of business for us to leave 😀
