The employees are friendly and helpful. However, their prices are not the best. For printing, they charge for computer time. So, if you need something quick, this is the only spot available and want to support locate business then this is the place to visit. However, Office Depot have better prices and no computer time charges. Just saying.

Let me start off by saying I had no idea this was a Black owned business! I love that we have strong men doing something positive in the community. The owner was very intelligent, very helpful, and not only was he nice and pleasant but the staff was also equally welcoming and helpful. I spoke with the Owner for a while after I had received my service. He informed me of all the paintings for sale in the store that he or someone he knows has painted. Beautiful artwork by the way. He talked about giving back to the community by educating young people on how to acquire a business license and how to own your own business. The owner has no clue but the conversation we had brightened my day being that I am trying to start up my own business. Thank you to this man and his staff. I will be returning to this location in the future.

When I went up there to ship and return my package they did not give me a receipt or anything back after I paid for my label to be printed so now I’m confused and going through unnecessary mess to find my returned package and the status of it. Of course I called the company I ordered my products from first before even calling them. They said it’s still pending because they had not received it yet and it’s been well over a week since I sent it off. So I called up there to get answers. The guy(s) up there are lazy and time consuming. One guy placed me on a 20 minute hold on the phone just to have casual convo with another person on top of hanging up in my face before I could ask another question. They’re very unprofessional. I’m no longer near that location to come in anyways but he told me to come in basically because he don’t want to assist me over the phone. I can’t just leave my job and by the time I get off they will be closed. I’m very frustrated. Still trying to find out where my package is.. Smh..

I went to print out some readings for my English assignments and while I thought they were doing too many things at once, I thought the service went fine. However I had accidently left my jump drive there and went to retrieve it and it was obvious that they had done something to it! First of all they seemed to have looked into all of my files (it was obvious since the files said it was last modified the day I left it there when for most of them, they hadnt been looked in for months!), they also disorganized them a lot, not to mention that now when I click on one a warning sign comes up, and they also seemed to have added other peoples files to my drive as well! I saw some womans resume, cover letter and references on my drive. So they seemed to have used my drive for their own personal reasons. So please dont go here, Im pretty upset and its taking me a long time to reorganize my files and delete a lot of strangers stuff as well!

Most un-customer-centric service I ever received in the US. The young man with dreadlocks (I think his name is Jarel) scanned and emailed a formal document (UP-SIDE DOWN) for me... and he would not fix his mess, when I brought it to his attention.I explained that it was a formal application to a government organisation with several applications and the officer may not go through the bother of rotating the document on their screen.Jarel just was rude and adamant! Terrible waste of $18.50!!!
