Had initially left a poor review due to being extremely frustrated with Vc collision repair shop ripping me off and on top of it my alt was not a proper fit, which mistakes happen. However Sam fixed the mistake snd shipped me out another alt that hopefully should fit ok. Good customer service. We’ll see how it fits when install time comes along

Had a HP 40 go out on me and it killed my alt. Sent it in, and Sam took care of me. However had a hiccup in the shipping process so I got the wrong alt, also paid for repairs for the wrong alt. Shipped it back so had to wait even longer to get my daily going again. Also said it was going to be overnighted but was shipped ground instead so now Ill have to wait even longer because I was lied to.
