I originally gave these guys a pretty bad review. I came in and they were busy, it was my first time there so I didn’t know you had to take a number. I waited for about 50 mins, when I thought it was my turn I went up to talk to them and got brushed off as he called out a number and so I asked “you have to take a number” confused and got ignored which caused me to leave a bad review. After some time I thought about it and they were just busy. I’ve called them to ask a few questions since then and they’ve been very helpful, really nice and have actually helped me out with a few things. Really appreciate it and I realize they were just busy that day. Shouldn’t judge them or their customer service off one incident especially since they were busy. Seem like good people and felt bad for the nasty review I left. Thank you guys for helping me out when I called in, I will be stopping in again to get a few things.

Inventory wise they had the parts I needed to finish a build. Customer service wise, I felt ignored. The staff I couldnt decide if they wanted my business or not. Prices are reasonable but I can tell you it is not minority friendly. Ive been to mom and pop shops everywhere and I have not felt uncomfortable like I did here. Im big on making eye contact, nobody did.

Been shopping at Bullseye for the last 3 years good people great prices! They are not gouging customers on ammo or guns like other gun shops. Not sure why other ppl are saying its not a minority friendly shop? I walk in and people of all races are shopping and patiently waiting their turn for service. Right now every gun store in CA is extremely busy for obvious reasons... Best shop in the IE, I have been to the store many time and the service is great. Employee name Tim is who helped me today and he was very helpful. Great service and they treated me like family. The staff here are great. Long lines nowadays. Merchandise is flying off the shelves. They usually have a great selection of pistols but it’s hard to find stuff.

This is the best gun shop that I have ever been to!! Even during this crazy pandemic they were so helpful in answering any questions I had about an out-of-state PPT. Ive talked to just about every employee there because Ive been there so many times and each of them were super helpful and knowledgeable. The prices for ammo arent inflated and accessories like ear protection were even competitive to Amazon! Plus you should support your local gun store! Also, when I had questions about how to clean my new gun the guy at that counter showed me how to disassemble my pistol and where/how to clean the different parts. I cant say enough good things about this place.

Had a pretty pleasant experience here. Bought my first handgun ever owned here. They were pretty busy but they helped when they were done with the other customers. I was given my handgun with gun lock inside and all safety precautions were followed. I was not pressured into any guns and was not questioned on my choices.

Ive never seen an issue with the handling of any firearms. They have very competitive prices! They had everything from surplus 8mm Mauser to Bullet Buttons, was pleasantly surprised at the selection of items.

These guys go out of their way to track items down for you if they dont have it in stock. I just printed out a rifle I was interested in and they found one with the same specs. It ended up costing less than the example I showed them.

Bullseye Sport in Riverside is run by very young inexperienced people. Basic safety is ignored. A worker named Alex brought out a pistol for a customer. I noticed that he took it out of the case and didn’t check the chamber for a round. I did not see a chamber safety flag in the pistol. The pistol was handed to a customer who proceeded to wave the gun around as he was looking at it. I could see down the barrel several times as I quickly moved to a safe location. I made a comment that they were not handling the gun in a safe manner and that the gun was pointed at me several times. I couldn’t hear the comment that was made but I was quickly dismissed. Thousands are injured and killed every year because of careless handling of firearms. It is too bad that those selling firearms do not practice basic gun safety.As my friend and I left the shop, my friend told me that while he was looking at some pistols in the gun case a worker behind the counter had a pistol point toward the middle of the shop about 1-2 feet from his head. He also noticed that the guy had his finger on the trigger. Apparently the workers were never taught that you only put your finger on the trigger when you are ready to shoot; and you should never point a gun toward customers. I would recommend you go somewhere else where gun safety is the first priority.

Had purchased a shotgun previously. Went in to buy some cleaning supplies. They didnt seem busy but I waited and waited to have my merchandise rung up but apparently there was no cashier on duty and the one salesman was talking to a customer and would not acknowledge me. I left without completing my intended purchase.Ive been trying to shop there but they dont seem interested in their customers.

Ive bought two guns from this place, and for me, the service has always been extremely poor. This last time I was given a written quote for a certain weapon for $750. When I went to go buy it, they told me the quote was no good--not even an apology--and then they charged me $100 more. Im a believer in supporting local business, and Im willing to spend a little bit more, so Ill just got to Ammo Bros or Warrior One from now on. At least they act like they care about about my business.

The workers are very nice and helpful, I went there last month for some 9mm ammo for my glock 19 and they were very quick to ask if i needed help and show me where the ammo section was. I have been coming there ever since that and i have only had good experiences. I recommend anyone that needs ammo or anything else gun related to come to bullseye sport.

Dont like giving bad reviews but once again a normal retail shop with normal issues..Good pricing on merchandise.Unfortunately like most places theres the lack of care about the costumer and their time. When I come into a shop being a family man, that means my time is limited and its always appreciated if the employees would strive to not exactly rush but try to be quick with all costumers to get to the next one in line. Thats all. Busy time are irrelevant, thats expected in all retail stores. Overall a good shop to go for new costumers, they will take their time and teach you properly but for us who are trying to get in and out with what we already know we want it be lovely to step it up for us. Just bought a gun at bullseye and the experience was great. Everyone there were super friendly and helpful. Unlike Turners outdoors in corona which I had a bad experience bullseye was actually helpful in answering all my questions. Recommend buying gun here or other gun supply. I will definitely buy my next gun here again.

I have bought two handguns from these guys and if you give them respect they give you respect right back. They do go out of their way to help and find a gun that you want. They are also the lowest prices in Riverside. I did a price match at warrior one and bullseye sports and bullseye was over $100 cheaper.It is true that they have some younger sales reps than Turners does. But you still can not beat the prices.Keep shooting and stay safe.

They have a great staff, and great prices. Their selection of firearms is ok, but still lacking, but decent for ammo, and accessories. Great for PPT or having guns shipped to for transfer.

OK place for guns and accessories but the Gunsmith is mostly useless. Wont do anything to modify a handgun because of warranty. So? What is my warranty to him? If youre so worried about it, draw up a release for the customer to sign. Duh. Do you want to make money or not? Aftermarket modifications are COMMON. They wouldnt even change the sights on my Springer XD .40 for me. Tells me I have to send it to Springfield to get it done. Wrong. All I had to do is find a gunsmith with the correct sight pusher.

Everyone in the store in very professional and extremely helpful i went in to buy a cleaning kit and since im newer gun owner everyone was more then happy to help me find the right stuff to clean with, definitely my new go to spot

Not a bad place to buy a new gun. My mistake was to buy aftermarket parts, I bought an a2 utg stock for my ar-10 the buffer that I came with belonged to an ar15 that made the bolt catch not hold; spent 20 for the proper buffer and 40 for it to be inspected. Told them about it and they did nothing.Purchased an ar 15 upper for $500 fired it around 200 rounds and the gas rings wore out prematurely, replaced them and guess what after 200 rounds? gas rings are worn again. Took upper to a gun smith and showed me the gas port in barrel is oversized for an 18 barrel.Adjustable gas block $60+40 labor now its a $600 dollar upper. And because I didnt know better they put trinity force components (cheap)on these uppers. Buy factory unless you know better.

Walked in and went up to the counter to ask a few questions about buying a gun. It wasnt busy in there at all. And The 3 Guys behind the counter were all on the same computer watching a video and laughing, just hanging out. Very unprofessional. After about 5 minutes of no workers even acknowledging me, I left.

Fantastic!Im a first time gun buyer and I needed a pistol that would be suitable for a service pistol and double as a nightstand gun. I was unaware of their ticket system and was promptly directed to take a ticket. I waited maybe five minutes and I was being assisted by Tim. He was very polite and was very helpful, even considering I was a first time buyer who still was deciding on what firearm suites my needs. Ultimately he was able to fill me in on all the shortcomings and complications, that may exist with each platform.I then made my decision on a Glock 21SF and proceeded to take my safety test. Even afterwards we completed the transaction he began to recommend reputable ranges, holsters, and ammunition for my new purchase. I was able to find ammo on a website that was slightly underpriced, he then proceeded to give me a positive review on the website and even encouraged me to purchase from them to save a couple bucks.Overall the staff was light hearted, friendly, knowledgeable, and very service oriented. I would recommend bullseye to anyone looking for a good shop or armourer for all their firearms needs.
