These lights are fantastic just like the company. Superb Quality material, looks great, works great. They even gave me all the profiles for the lights. No time wasted at all. Recommend.

In the beginning, Rasha looked like a good buy. The sales rep Joe was making tons of promises that he would take care of me like family and i mistakenly trusted him. I bought over 40 lights from Rasha and was completely not satisfied. Their lights are defective, short lasting lifetime, and most importantly horrible customer service. I purchased what were supposed to be brand new lights from Joe. More than a quarter of them had problems from the start, were missing screws, came de-threaded! I sent them back to him multiple times, and after many months of me running after him and claims they were fixed, he got them back to me every single time and they were still not fixed. I had to pay for him coming to Los Angeles multiple times, when i shouldnt have had any issue to begin with. He had made promises about his light quality and the customer service he was going to provide and it all went out the window as soon as i started using them. The handles on the lights dont even hold the weight of the lights and get de-threated. The signals and many more internal components have issues. The LED Lights start changing colors after a while (pictured below). Today, i only have 11 somewhat functioning lights out of the 40 i originally bought. Dishonest company, horrible customer service, do not recommend. I still have yet to hear from him after i kept complaining the issues were not fixed. I own tons of American DJ Lights, and the durability is incomparable. Anytime i ever had an issue, i would take them under warranty and they would come out brand new. My advice: Buy from reputable companies who dont rely on one persons promises.

An amazing product backed by an amazing team. I purchase the LED battery pars for our production business and we have had a very low failure rate, below that of Elation and Martin even. We transport them on and off trucks to various venues around the county and they hold up well. I recommend Rasha for your next lighting purchase !

I’m an event manager and recently I purchased battery-operated pin spot lights from Rasha Professional. I must admit that these stunning lights created a great ambience and the guests happily took snaps of the event’s décor! Our staff also used these lights a bit brazenly but they are still functioning perfectly! Really appreciated.

Rasha is a awesome source for quality lighting products, I have been buying from them for years and have always been impressed with the quality of their fixtures, I own literally dozens and dozens of their products. Definitely a High Quality source for LED Lighting and accessories!

THIS MESSAGE IS FOR ANYONE THAT USES STAGE LIGHTING!I was looking to buy some stage lighting for my production company.I went to 11th St in Downtown LA and went to one of the lighting shops there.The store manger was a very nice guy and offered me to buy some LED Battery par lights and 7R beams.I ask what is the brand and he told me RASHA. I made the biggest mistake of my LIFE by buying these lights.The lights I got were having constant problems since day one.The battery pars were dying after 1 hr and the wireless DMX was going crazy and always loosing signal.The 7R beams were also bad quality as the light bulbs kept blowing upone by one on the first night we used it.We went back to 11th St to complain about it and they told us to contact the main RASHA company for the warranty.We kept calling that company but there was no answer or any replay back not by phone or email.I went back to the store where we buy the lights from and they also didn’t want to help in regarding the warranty.I lost a lot of money and wasted my time by purchasing RASHA Lighting.DON’T DO THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID BY BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.Very bad quality and defiantly the worst service.DON’T BUY RASHA LIGHTINGThis Is replay to RASHA Lighting For the Response from the owner we receive back from the Company After we left the reviewI cant understand how come only after we put a bad review we got respond from the companywe were trying to contact them for over 4 weeks and never got respondwe were asking the shop owner that we buy from to help and he always say that probably the owner of RASHA company left to chinaand we must wait because the office company is closed until he will be backwe already got a new lights from Name Brand Company and we are very happy from the quality productRASHA Lighting Company trying to Show on the respond back to as that this review is Spam and they have very good customer servicesI hope all of the Club Owners, lighting production companys, Dj`s or any customer will be aware and will not do the same mistake we didTHIS IS UNBELIEVABLE
