Platinum did an amazing job at fixing my car, they also deep cleaned it. Aside from the amazing job they did on my car the customer service was on point!!! Lacy went above and beyond in handling everything!!! She went the extra mile and I truly appreciate her for it!!! I cant emphasize enough what a truly great job she did. The service is excellent. The staff are very professional and accommodating especially Tiffany. Everybody made us very comfortable, welcoming and very polite. I have nothing to complain about. Excellent customer service! Quality work, and they even fixed a dent my insurance deemed unrelated to the accident at no extra cost. They definitely went above and beyond on my car!

Employees were nice, however they do not accept towed in vehicles, or any vehicle for that matter unless specifically sent by your insurance. They will refuse your tow in. They will direct you elsewhere.

My Tesla model y was rear ended on the freeway and took it too Platinum because I heard nothing but great things about them. They lived up to their word and reputation and got my car back to perfect in a very timely matter. They always have me updates and I never had to play phone or email tag trying to get ahold of anyone. Thank you so much for the great service. But I hope I never have to see you again hahaha but if I do I know I will be treated A++++
