Had to wait 2 weeks before they had a mobile tech available to replace my windshield, but it was well worth it! The level of quality and professionalism more than made up for the little bit of a wait! All said and done, it took maybe an hour and a half to replace the glass and I didnt have to drive around with tape on the top of the windshield to hold it up like you see almost everywhere else you go! You get what you pay for, and Im very satisfied with what I got using Safelite! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great customer service! I found a great Safelite promo code so I made an appointment to come in and replace my windshield. While replacing my windshield, the replacement glass broke and I was accidentally charged twice (I noticed while they were repairing my windshield that the quote didnt match up with the invoice). When I brought it to their attention, they explained that there was a small mix up. Safelite was able to correct the issue in a timely manner and even threw in a free pair of new wiper blades for the inconvenience. Would definitely use Safelite again and I recommend their services. Make sure to look online for a promo code and save a few dollars :)

When my wife caught a rock with the windshield on our new Jeep she immediately worried that it wouldnt be a new car anymore, I have worked with the awesome folks at Safelite for many years while running car dealers in So Cal and had all the faith in them and knew it would be good as new in no time! Once I made the appointment I received a text right away with instructions for a no-contact drop off. I arrived at their office and dropped my key in the drop box, texted them that it was there and went about my day. By 2:00, well before I expected it, I got a text and a call that it was ready for pick up! My wife was so excited to see the little jeep icon on the corner of the windshield and we are both thrilled with the awesome service!

Im going to keep it 💯! Safellite sent someone to my home to repair my car window. Everything went well until I started up my car and notice that my car display was damaged. Long story short, I contacted them and spoke to the manager Angel Chavez who was very professional, he was able to remedy the situation in a quick and timely manner. Thanks again!

I made an online appointment on 5-13, confirmed for today 5-18, today they text that they do not have the window in stock and it will be another 5-7 days to order. Does anyone review appointments in advance for parts? The quote was for a total of $433.78, I called a couple numbers for them and never could get anyone on the phone, the greeting asks you to hold for a rep,then proceeds to tell me all appts on online now, thanked me for calling and hung up. I wanted to cancel the order but it is not an available option. Too bad, this used to be a good company. I called a local on Van Buren Blvd, $180, done in an hour. Support the locals, they need it and care, companies like this do not care about service.

Great job fixing my windshield

They are overpriced, they claim warranty but in reality its just a refund, if your window spreads the crack you just get a refund, you can get that type of service for less than half the price. And if you do DIY you pay 7$ they put that on their receipt.

Service here was prompt, friendly and work was explained in advance. They advised me on what results to expect and it was on point. Prices are reasonable too. Id definitely use this service again.

Cant schedule an appointment online, as it keeps reverting to order summary at 60%, and the only costumer service I could get ahold of was in a online chat, which said save order and restart browser. DIdnt work and the phone number doesnt connect to anyone other than a machine that says appointments can only be made online.

An all around fantastic crew here. Had quite a few glass issues pop within a few weeks of each other and they were awesome about getting it fixed as quickly as they could. Doug, Manny, and Edwin are all employees that I specifically interacted with and they were all awesome, polite, and professional.

This place has inferior windshields. The glass has distortions. They came to my house 2 times with bad glass. I guess its to hard to first check the glass for problems at their shop. On the third attempt I had to drive to their shop to inspect the glass and finally had it installed. I should mention that I paid for home installation. So much forCredit back. Plus I had to leave work early 3 times to accommodate them.

So far Im quite pleased. I was able to get an appointment for a windshield replacement at the Riverside location within 5 days (better than the 1-2 weeks other places were telling me). I arrived and my car was promptly taken back for service. I was in and out in about an hour. The tech who helped me was Peter. He was very friendly and courteous. As long as my new windshield holds up, I dont have any complaints.

I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Steve on the phone on Wednesday. I explained to Steve that the crack in my windshield was pretty big and that I thought the windshield needed to be replaced, Steve and I made a deal to fix my windshield... we had a deal. The next day when I took the day off from work to take my car in and get the job done. When Ingot there I spoke with Angel Chavez who took one look at my windshield and immediately told me that he would not be honoring the deal I had made with the Safelite representative named Steve. We had a deal and they refused to honor it.

I had my windshield crack fixed by this store, did a 3 way call with my insurance company, price was agreed, they fixed my windshield, all was great until I started getting letters and phone calls for unpaid repair bill. (I was threatened that this would affect my credit rating.) I called my insurance company today to find out why it had not been paid. Well Safelite turned in the wrong car, wrong VIN # and my name was not on the claim. So, that is why it never got paid! So perhaps someone at this business needs to do their job BETTER! Or do their job at all. And I am owed an apology for their mistake! In writing, just in case my credit rating was affected. UPDATE, I received a notice from a collection agency on Sat, someone from your company needs to get on this NOW!!!2/5/19 - I emailed you my email and my phone # a week ago, still have had NO response back from you!3/28/19 Still have not heard if this is has been taken care of by your company.

Everything was great. The price was super--much lower than expected. The glass looks like the original windshield, all tints and sun-block painting is the same. Quick work, nice waiting room, too. Time will tell if the installation is trouble-free, but I suspect that it will last forever. Totally satisfied.

The technician was very good, but the company is horrible at communication. When no one showed up for the first appointment I had to call them to find out what was going on (they said the windshield was damaged & took 3 days to get another one). Then I didnt hear anything from them again, had to call to follow up, they scheduled another appointment without even letting me know. Luckily I was available.

Joel did a great job with replacing my windshield he did the job very quickly and it looks wonderful. The prices are very fair and everyone who works there is extremely professional. Huge thanks to Paul and Jonathan. They went above and beyond to insure my windshield was fixed. Jonathan waited patiently while I tried to resolve an issue with AAA. Although AAAs customer service was below satisfactory, they didnt leave until I was taken care of and my windshield was repaired. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

The people were very nice, but the service was terrible. The first time they came out, they brought me a windshield with a big crack in the corner. I had to wait another three days for them to come back and replace it for the second time. They left glass pieces all on the inside of my car and left my windshield wipers unaligned. I had to go to a service department and pay to have them fixed.

Although I didnt get my glass repaired there... The front office guy was extremely helpful and helped to set up an appointment since I came in initially thinking I could fill in my crack. He helped set me up at another Safelite since I wouldnt be in the area and ordered a new windshield for me

My insurance company recommended that I use Safelite for my windshield replacement, and I did go with them. The guy, was super friendly, he came to my worksite, repaired it in 100 degree weather, and left. I checked it out before he left, but didnt move anything around. 2 weeks later, I had washed my car, and was squeegeeing the windshield, when I noticed the panel next to the windshield was loose. Like a clasp had been broken. Well long story short, I ended up taking it into Safelite (on Magnolia), 2 months later (because work and life was hectic). The staff there were also super friendly, and the gentleman took my car inside, put on a new clasp, cleaned the windshield, and said I didnt owe him anything. Great service, and definitely a company of their word. I highly recommend them!

I took my car here because a rock chipped the windshield. They were able to fill in the chipped spot, saving me money. The whole process took less than 30 minutes, too. I think that they did a good job as well.

I am sure that at some point in time you or someone you know has had this happen you are driving along and SNAP A ROCK OR SOME OBJECT HITS YOUR WINDSHIELD AND SMACK YOU HAVE A CRACK IN THE WINDSHIELD.Well on my last journey to Lake Havasu this very thing happened to me but I did not allow it to spoil my adventure of exploring Lake Havasu and Parker Dam it was too nice a day to get upset over a simply incident.When I returned to Riverside it was too late to fix my windshield or call and schedule an appointment to have my windshield replaced.So the next morning I drove STRAIGHT TO SAFELITE without calling, scheduling or announce I was on my way and to add to the situation it began to rain heavily.When I arrived at Safelite I was greeted with a very welcomed hello! The gentlemen was kind, friendly and cheerful. He guided me to the lounge area and coffee station and allowed me to get comfortable before asking the reason for my visit.I explained what happened to my windshield and I needed it replaced.
