Website doesn’t work well, when you think you have signed up for toys you most likely haven’t. Screen shot your confirmation because your registration may get lost in internet space forever

We didn’t get any toys and we signed up early November.. it would have helped a lot this year since we don’t have a Christmas tree or even decorations! What happened is we finally get the email to go pick up the toys and to bring identification with birthdates for each of our three children to prove they exist. That’s reasonable, but all I had was our kids SSN (which has birthdates) because we had lost everything (it’s a long messed up story). Anyhoo! That should have been enough right, how more official can you get? Wrong! They couldn’t accept probably because some boso had stolen a kid’s social before. so they turned us away even when my husband explained that this is the only identification we had for our kids! That’s like banning state licenses because some people make fake ones! Or not accepting visa because some people have stolen those too, like take the flip’n money! Yes! Some small amount people allow the wrong people to hang around them and their kids to get their socials stolen. What are the odds! Probably 1% but the 99% of us really need help. But hey who doesn’t love extra rules and regulations that pop out of nowhere! Maybe you should include that in the email? This is just another glaring example of how Spokane makes it so difficult to get help. Yes I’m a venting mother full of upsetness! Merry Christmas to you too toys for tots
